You and your guests will quite literally be the only ones on this 13,000 acre Vineyard & Ranch. There are two Mission style guest houses that are located on a ridge overlooking a majestic valley below. All that is in your view is ranch property – all for you to discover on your own, or with a complimentary tour… or feel free to just enjoy the guest house grounds – relaxing with your friends and/or family members. We can accommodate approximately 33 guests. 125 guests, or less, for a wedding ceremony.
(Sorry - no tents or RV's.)

· A great hilltop Picnic setting overlooking our 60 Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard.
· 7 Person Hot Tub atop a large deck, with seating for many, with a 10 mile views of the ranch.
· Complimentary "Ranch Butler" service: Whether you would like ranch information, guided tour or guide hike, shuttles to and from the lake, a tour in the vineyard, a cooking ingredient or something else you may have forgotten, concierge service, assistance in set up with your event, or if we can help in any other way... just call on us 24 hours a day.
· Visit the largest Redwood tree in Sonoma County (which is located on this property) a great Picnic/Wine Tasting location.
· Endless trails to meander on and chat amongst your friends.
· Ranch style "Frisbee/Disc Golf course" 9 holes
· Access to our renovated Carriage House - now a great place to have a party, or meeting while overlooking the vast valley below. 5 of the horse stalls have been renovated as small bedrooms - each with a Queen or Full bed. They are very cute!
· Wine tasting through the Dry Creek Valley. Noted Vineyards/Wineries: Dry Creek Valley Vineyards; Preston Winery; Lambert Bridge, Quiver Winery.
· Shopping in the quaint town of Healdsburg on the way up to the Ranch, or on your return.
· Visit the Pacific Ocean and the small towns that dot the coast - just 13 miles from the Ranch.
· At night... the stars shine brightest on the ranch.
But always remember, the Ranch is a great place to have a private time with your guests in one of the most beautiful settings in Northern California.
Lastly, feel free to bring your own "cook", or have your group do their own. We also cater - but it is not required for your stay.

Why the Owner Chose Healdsburg
This ranch will feel like "Yours" - you will be the only ones here - besides myself. I am close enough to offer complimentary "Butler Service" - but you will rarely see me if you do not call on me. I like to give groups their privacy. But don't hesitate to call me from the house phone if you need anything at all. This ranch is very comfortable... and like no other place. There is a lot of History here on this Ranch too. A wealthy business man built these houses in 1938. Mr. Hedgepeth invented and sold tools to Sears and Roebuck in Illinois.
Our Cattle Rancher - was born on this ranch 73 years ago - and his father managed the several hundred head of cattle before him. This is a "working ranch".
The Unique Benefits at this Ranch - Mission Style House
Discover the many peaks, valleys and rivers. Picnic spots abound. The Vineyard, or at the largest Redwood tree in Sonoma County. The 6 acre lake is spring fed... so it is very clear. We recently built a dock/pier... its a great place to swim. Feel free to bring your mountain bike too - there are miles and miles of trails.
