If you are comfortable with your family swimming in the pool, lounging on the dock or hanging on the deck and constantly being observed from the "CCTV" by owners and whomever else ,then this is the place. for you. Don't think of having anybody stop by and say "hello". (especially if they bring a pet and or an assistance dog)! The cobwebbs had cobbwebbs. All the windows were filthy. Spiders galore.
