At over 5000 sq ft this luxury home is perfect for large families, reunions, entertaining, hosting a special event, or that romantic getaway for two. With the soaring ceilings, open living areas and phenomenal views, this home is the perfect vacation home for 2 or 16.
Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own private bathroom with an additional 1/2 bath on the living level and a 1/2 bath outside for the beach goers.
Capistrano Beach is located 1/2 way between San Diego and Los Angeles just off the 5 Freeway. We are within 60 to 80 minutes drive to most "want to see" sights in Orange County, San Diego and Los Angeles.
If driving isn't what you want to do on your vacation, within a 1/2 mile walk there are 4 restaurants (Mexican, BBQ, Sushi and Italian) and a sports bar with outside seating. Also within walking distance is a public basketball court and a seasonal rental stand for various beach equipment rentals (boogie boards, etc.).

Why the Owner Chose Capistrano Beach
Originally this was not bought as a vacation rental. We choose Capistrano Beach to build our family home because of its simple, casual lifestyle and unique beauty. It is freeway close to almost everything yet when you get home to the beach it is as if you are in a different world.
The Unique Benefits at this House
There are NUMEROUS benefits as to why we enjoy staying at our property. The views are phenomenal, breathtaking actually. Watching the sun setting while relaxing in the oceanfront spa with Margarita in hand, is another awesome benefit. In the morning there is nothing better than sitting on the Master Suite balcony reading the morning paper, sipping Espresso**, watching as the "day at the beach" unfolds before your eyes. From the living room, dining room, kitchen and Master Suite you have a 180 degree view of the beautiful expansive Pacific Ocean--no need to step outside as it is all viewable from the privacy of your own home. You will find yourself stopping to stare out at the ocean on numerous occassions from almost every room in the house. I think the most unique benefit of our property is it is a true LUXURY home rarely found in other beachfront property rentals. Everytime we stay in our home we feel as though we are staying in a 5 star resort!
