Set in an architecturally prize-winning building, the classy Tetuan Tres apartment is kitted out for comfort, with subtle, earthy textures and prints creating its own unique vibe.

Its proximity to the famous Sagrada Familia cathedral, in the heart of the city centre, make this an all-round favorite for design enthusiasts and visitors to Barcelona.

NEIGHBORHOOD AND LOCATION

The apartment sits in a sought-after, historic neighborhood. The Sagrada Familia cathedral, Barcelona's defining monument, is literally a few streets away.

Eixample Dreta district is famed for its buildings with grand, balconied façades and there are plenty of shops and cafés.

A short stroll through these beautiful streets takes you right to the centre, with the fashionable Passeig de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya and all of Barcelona's popular attractions.

Nearby metro station: Tetuan (L2, purple line), Monumental (L2, purple line), Girona (L4, yellow line).

Its dining suite has an extendable table and seating for 5.

The master bedroom has 1 double bed, side-tables, lamps and a large closet. A second bedroom has 2 single beds, side-table and lamp, with sufficient closet space.

In the lounge, the sofa is converted into 1 double bed.

The bathroom has a full bath with shower, washbasin, WC.

KITCHEN

Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the kitchen is also fully equipped with:

Refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, dishwasher.

The counter with bar stools is an additional space for dining.

  • This apartment was perfect for us. It was residential enough to feel like part of the city; yet, it was just a few minutes walk from important sites, metro stops, buses, cafes, and a grocery store. The location was safe and convenient. The apartment was comfortable. Jose was very helpful with advanced information, meeting us upon arrival, and seeing us off. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay there again on a future visit.

  • We have stayed in Jose apartment for 3 weeks this summer. We have very good references of other frinds about Jose and their apartments. This is our first visit to Barcelona and we are really happy, both Barcelona City and Jose apartment. The apartment is in a very centric place, and also very quite, we feel all the family (2 teen daughters)complety safe. The apartment was ideal for 4, and we have been even better that at home. Everything (shops, restaurants, farmacy,...) was just next to the apartment, and also Jose help us to have a wonderfull time.   • We returned from a one week stay in Barcelona. We stayed in Joses' flat which was an immaculate place, pleasant, centrally located, clean. The apartment is kitted out for comfort, with subtle, earthy textures and prints creating its own unique vibe. But most of all it is Jose who helps us in any information we needs, and help us in get our objectives. This is our first time staying in a flat instead of a hotel and with a landlord like Jose I would always do that. Jose was there for us including late at night, or early in the morning.

  • We have just stayed 10 nights in Jose's apartment. It is VERY clean and close to the metro lines. We walk every place around what was really near (Sagrada Familia...). We were 4 friends (all girls) in the apartment, but felt it was a very safe area. I would definetly recommend renting from Jose. He is very helpful and friendly, and always answer our questions during our stay.

  • My family and my friend family have been in this apartment and in listing #233863 (the other Jose Apartment)for 5 days in May. Everything about our stay was great! We hadn't realised how well placed your apartment would be for a walk to the centre of town, to the beach, to Sagrada Familiar etc. The apartment was just what we wanted and very clean and tidy as well. And also both families have been in same buiding and have pass a really good time. Thanks Jose¡¡¡¡¡.

  • Hi Jose, ..................... We're having a great time with perfect weather for sightseeing. I can't remember when I've seen so many museums and galleries in such a short time but the busses, metro and foot are so easy to use. We went to a great concert at the Palau de la Musica Catalana and we're really looking forward to repeat again. We love this apartment. Its location certainly is superb four our needs.
