New in February, 2013!!! - a 37' Flatscreen TV in the Living Room of this beautifully decorated and fully furnished 4 bedroom/3 bath condo sits right on the water and is located approximately 3 miles from the square in Camdenton, MO right off Hwy 54. Once you arrive in Camdenton, there’s no long, narrow, curvy roads to negotiate pulling boats and/or wave runners. (12 x 30 boat slip available at no extra charge!). Ha Ha Tonka State Park is less than 10 minutes away by boat or by car with beautiful scenery and lots of walking trails. You can anchor your boat in the cove and splash around in the spring or just hang out on the boat soaking up the rays. If you would rather hit the pool, you have 3 to choose from - 2 are lakeside and the third one is on the top tier. All three have awesome views of the Lake. You'll find a boat launch and trailer storage directly across the lake from the condo. For the shoppers in your group, Osage Beach Premium Outlet Mall has around 100 stores. Wal-Mart Supercenter is located less than 5 miles from the condo with lots of fast food including Pizza Hut, Subway, McDonalds, KFC, Taco Bell, plus lots more. For the golfers, Lake Valley and Old Kinderhook Golf Courses are less than 5 minutes away. Sorry, no pets allowed.

My family had a wonderful time here. We spent 7 nights here. It is very clean, roomy & comfortable. The view of the lake is awesome. They have everything there you would need except your beach towels. We loved the loft area (like your own separate quarters). I had 3 grandsons with us and they stayed in the loft and had their own TV and Xbox hooked up. The pool was nice. There is a boat rental close by which made it convenient to rent a pontoon. Close to the strip and Ha Ha Tonka State park (which was fun to tour and hike through). The owners were very nice and quick to respond to any questions and helpful. We plan on coming back again! Loved it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo is very user friendly, we loved it for our family. The decor is outstanding, and very clean. It has a fun loft, great view from the balcony and one can't forget the fluffy towels. The slip is perfect for a boat. The water is very calm in this area. There are also pools to enjoy. Wal-Mart is close, the outlet mall not far away. Be sure to go to Ha Ha Tonka which is very close. Even with our family there, it proved to be a peaceful atmosphere with lots of R and R! PS The owners are very helpful and make it easy to rent.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, great floorplan, awesome covered balcony with great lake views. Close to all attractions by road. 15 minutes to outlet mall. Great for families or girls weekend. Great lake location, water not so choppy, able to bring a smaller boat with no problem.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

RENTAL RULES* THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT PETS- Pets are not allowed by our condominium association. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A reservation deposit of $250 is required. This must be received within five (5) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. This deposit is NOT applied towards rent; however it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, providing the following provisions are met. • No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. • All trash bags are placed in dumpster, and dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. • No linens are lost or damaged. • The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by My Community. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are made between sixty (60) and thirty (30) days prior to the arrival will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit reservation deposit and any advanced rent payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. MINIMUM STAY- This property requires a minimum two (2) night stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. All the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
