Our property is a bright, quiet large 2 bedroom apartment in a pre-war elevator building on a beautiful tree lined block between West End Avenue and Riverside Drive on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The master bedroom has a king size bed, computer desk with cable modem and printer, vanity table and a large closet and dresser. There is also a TV with cable and HBO. The second bedroom has a twin trundle bed which easily pulls out. The trundle is a true twin bed not a smaller mattress. There is a dresser, closet and bookcases with children's books. Our living room/dining room is large and comfortable. The dining table seats six. TV with cable, DVR, DVD player, an Ipod dock stereo and CD stereo system are all included. We have a custom built eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. The bathroom is bright and clean with a large tub and shower that has an additional hand held shower attached. All of the rooms have air conditioners.
Our property is smoke and pet free and very child friendly.
There is a large laundry room in the basement and many dry cleaners/laundry services near by which pick up and deliver.
Our apartment is centrally located 1/2 block from Riverside Park and 3 blocks from Central Park. We are one block from Broadway with great restaurants and easy transportation options. Easy walk to Natural History Museum, Zabars and Lincoln Center.

We chose the Upper West Side of Manhattan because it has all the benefits of living in the city combined with the quiet, residential beauty of a true neighborhood. Being a half a block from Riverside Park, and the gorgeous Hudson River park along the water, makes living in the city a truly green experience. Our building has a live in super so we never have to worry about maintenance or repairs. And we are only one block from Broadway with grocery stores, drugstores and great restaurants at our fingertips.
