Beautiful home in the Willamette Valley countryside located up a long driveway at the top of the hill with views for miles! Peace and quiet with no neighbors nearby, and lots of space in this 5500 sq. ft. home. Luxury amenities include pool table, wet bar, and dance floor, formal dining room, huge family room, and a party room that is 40 ft long! Crank up the gas grill or fix your dinner in the fabulous gourmet kitchen and eat either in the formal dining room, breakfast area, or out on the deck to take in the beautiful valley and mountain views.
Enjoy either of the two 80-foot long decks for afternoon cocktails and relax in the evening with plenty of space. Bedrooms are large and located in various wings and floors of this two-story home for maximum privacy. Bathrooms (4) are adjacent to bedrooms and living areas. Five bedrooms, with three of them set up with twin beds that can be made up as king-size, so can be split for children, singles, or couples (notify), plus there is a sofa bed for your large family reunion, touring group, or retreat. The master suite is luxuriously furnished, with marble and granite bathroom.
Shopping at Costco, Trader Joe's, and other major stores is only about 20 minutes away, with a terrific market right in town. Nearest winery is 2.3 miles, with Willamette Valley's finest wineries abundant and great restaurants as well. Tired of wine tasting? Try going for a horseback ride at the horse rental area practically next door! Or get out your bike and enjoy the rolling country roads. Don't miss the fantastic dahlia farm right up the road - colors are beyond your imagination!

This house has it all! I had my October Wedding there and it could not have been more perfect. Gorgeous views, Gorgeous house, gorgeous everything. The owner is a dream to work with. The house was perfect for the wedding party to stay, the rooms are scattered throughout the house so no one feels on top of one another. There are plenty of awesome things to do in the area as well. Vineyards vineyards vineyards! Hagg Lake, zip lines, and close to portland and the airport. I will have to start planning a family reunion or anniversary party because i must stay there again!!!!

While the picture album was 100% accurate, it was not able to capture the feeling of actually 'being there'. The views are stunning and the home exceeded our expectations. It is elegant and well equipped and you feel right at home. We were glad to have had the opportunity to spend some time in this special area of Oregon.

My husband and I were looking for a place where we could have a spectacular and scenic wedding and at the same time, host a lot of my family coming in from out of state (at an affordable price). This vacation home was perfect! It's a huge and very OPEN home that made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. The pictures truly don't do justice to the view. We ate out on the deck every day and just enjoyed the fresh air and amazing scenery. The owners were extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with when we had questions. We couldn't have picked a better place for our wedding and for our family's vacation!

This house is spectacular! The photos don't really do it justice at all. The 5 bedrooms are all spread out so a large group has plenty of private space with plenty of bathrooms. The master suite is gorgeous and huge! You enter into an enormous living room with nice furnishings and light coming in from windows and sliding doors all along the back deck.The kichen is amazing too, and equiped with everything you could possibly need if you want to stay in and cook, and there is a great gas grill outside. We were having too much fun to even use the wet bar/extra kitchen and pool table area downstairs. The 80 foot decks are wonderful, and we liked watching the hawks soaring above the valley below, the owls in the big trees, shooting stars, and even the northern lights. If you take the short cut south of Gaston on Fleet road and then Spring Hill it is only 12 miles to the best winery in the area, Brick House, with Penner Ash right by it. All of our dinner guests were amazed at the house, and I would highly recommend it for weddings or family reunions. We plan to stay again! Forest Grove is very close for shopping or dining out, and I also recommend the Horse Radish Wine Bar in Carlton. The owners of this house are really nice too :)
