We want you to enjoy your stay at Maui Vista! This Non-Smoking condo has been completely remodeled and is totally custom. The bathroom was just remodeled.Everything is new. We've tried to include everything you'll need to be comfortable. My sister cleans our condo and she's the best! Everything is clean and in order. Air conditioner,ceiling fans and high speed Cable internet, plus Digital Phone service that allows you unlimited long distance calls to all of Hawaii,USA and Canada. We now except payments via Pay Pal,Credit Cards or?.
This complex has three buildings. This condo is in the closest building to the beach and faces the beach ( just across the street). The water is crystal clear and the beach is wide and sandy. There are three pools, barbecues, and six tennis courts. This is a popular condominium. The landscaping is beautiful. We're close to Wailea and Maui is the place if you golf, surf, windsurf, or dive. Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Summer Rates .. (May 01-Nov 30) $85/nt (2 persons).
Winter Rates .. (Dec 01-Apr 30) .. $125/nt (2 persons).
7 nt minimum. Hawaii Tourist Tax 12.4%.
We require a $300 Deposit to secure your dates. The Deposit is deducted from the
Total rental fee which is due 45 nts before arrival.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
If your looking for a nice clean condo, this is the one. When I travel, I won't stay in a dirty place and I don't think you would either, and besides, it's got everything you'll need. You can count on it. It's very comfortable.
