Hello and Wecome to Maui. We're here to help make your stay on Maui the best. This Non-Smoking condo has been completely remodeled, new carpet and drapes were installed. This condo has been in the family sense 1981. It's not just another " money maker in a pool" We're not on a budget. We've tried to include everything you'll need to be comfortable. My sister Terri cleans the condo and has a reputation for being the best. She's been cleaning at Maui Vista sense it was built in 1980. Everything is clean and in order. Linens, Towels, washer and dryer and the kitchen is well equipt. Air conditioner,ceiling fans and high speed Cat 5 Cable motem for internet, plus Digital Phone that allows you unlimited long distance calls anywhere in the US and Canada.
Maui Vista has 3 buildings. Our condo is in the middle of the front building on the bottom floor facing white and sandy " Charley Young " beach. We're a block from " The Cove " where you can rent surf or paddle boards and snorkel gear and you can get lessons right there. The " Maui MarketPlace " is a block away from The Cove where you can eat local food and shop for local crafts. There's lots to do all within walking distance. Maui Vista is centrally located in the heart of Kihei and is surrounded by sandy beaches. Great for little kids. Maui Vista has three pools, barbecues, and six tennis courts. This is a popular condominium. The landscaping is beautiful. We're close to Wailea and Maui is the place if you golf, surf, windsurf, or dive. Mahalo and Enjoy. Greg and Janet Jones

Summer Rates .. (May 01-Nov 30) $85/nt (2 persons).
Winter Rates .. (Dec 01-Apr 30) $145/nt (2 persons).
7 nt minimum. Hawaii Tourist Tax 13.42%.
We require a $300 Deposit to secure your dates. The Deposit is deducted from the
Total rental fee which is due 45 nts before arrival.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
If your looking for a nice clean condo, this is the one. When I travel, I won't stay in a dirty place and I don't think you would either, and besides, it's got everything you'll need. You can count on it. It's very comfortable.
At the Cove you can rent Surfboards,Paddle boards or Snorkle gear and get lessons right there on how to surf or paddleboard.
The Market Place is full of Local crafts,clothing,jewelry and other unique things to buy and take home. There are lots of local places to eat. Shave Ice and more. All within walking distance from the condo.
There are 3 Kam Beaches in Kihei. All white and sandy along with Big beach and many others in Kihei and Wailea. Lots of places to Snorkle or Dive or Surf or Paddle Board.

Maui has been my home since 1979. I'm a contractor and have done all the work to the condo myself, When I travel, the room has to be clean. You deserve the same. I am married to my lovley wife Janet and we have 5 kids and 6 grandkids and I want more! I love Maui and have no plans to ever leave. My Mother lived in the condo from 1981 to 2003 and so fullfilled her mothers dream of visiting Hawaii. It's got her touch. It's a privelage to have, so please enjoy it. Greg and Janet Jones

My husband, 2 year old son and I had the great fortune of renting this unit for our stay in October in Kihei. We spent a total of 23 days on the island and really enjoyed the 7 nights we spent in Kihei in this unit. It was a total fluke that we ended up in this unit. I had hesitation of staying in the front building but after another unit got booked out from under us, we scrambled and ended up staying in Greg's unit. It was really a blessing in surprise. Our unit was clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. We were steps away from the pool and the grill and really enjoyed walking over to Charley Young beach to watch some really amazing sunsets. The kitchen had everything we could ask for. Thankful for the washer and dryer. The hall closet was FILLED with lots of fun stuff for the pool and beach and supplied us with all the fun beach toys we needed. The bathroom has been beautifully updated and I wanted to come home and do our bathroom here the same way. Now...I say this because it needs to be said...our friend rented a unit in the 3rd building (where we originally wanted to stay) and I was SHOCKED at what a dump his unit was. And he paid $200 more for the week than we did. We didn't like the 3rd building because it was so far away and didn't feel at all like our little unit in the first building. Everyone was very friendly and we just really felt like we landed exactly where we should have been. We enjoyed using our week in Kihei as a homebase for exporing other parts of the island. We loved the local beaches and are so thankful for Greg and his families unit being availble for us when we needed it. I still can't get over the fact that our friend spent more money for a terrible unit in the same complex and we lucked out with a FANTASTIC unit that fit right in our budget. Thank you Greg! Can't wait to come back.

I have stayed in five other units at the Maui Vista in the past six years and none compared to this unit. It was so spotless and neat I had to make the effort to leave it as I found it. Just steps to the pool, or two minute walk to the beach. BBQ just steps out the entry way. We are already looking forward to our next visit April 05.
