This Non-Smoking condo has been completely remodeled and is totally custom. The bathroom was just remodeled in Sept 07'.Everything is new. We've tried to include everything you'll need to be comfortable. My sister cleans our condo and she's the best! Everything is clean and in order. Air conditioner,ceiling fans and high speed Cable internet, plus Digital Phone service that allows you unlimited long distance calls to all of Hawaii,USA and Canada. We now except payments via Pay Pal or Credit Cards. This complex has three buildings. This condo is in the closest building to the beach and faces the beach ( just across the street). The water is crystal clear and the beach is wide and sandy. There are three pools, barbecues, and six tennis courts. This is a popular condominium. The landscaping is beautiful. We're close to Wailea and Maui is the place if you golf, surf, windsurf, or dive. Mahalo and Enjoy

Summer Rates .. (May 01-Nov 30) .. $ 110/nt (2 persons).
Winter Rates .. (Dec 01-Apr 30) .. $145/nt (2 persons).
7 nt minimum. Hawaii Tourist Tax 11.4%.
We require a $300 Deposit to secure your dates. The Deposit is deducted from the
Total rental fee which is due 45 nts before arrival.
