It is vacation time here on Navarre Beach year round. And I know of the perfect spot for summer fun, beautiful autumns and a great place to spend those long cold winters away from the north.
The snowy-white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are waiting for you. Our sandy beaches and small undeveloped seashore is a rare find but you will not be disappointed. This small stretch of of barrier island is 3 miles long and is bordered on the east by our new county park and on the west by the National Seashore.
This nicely decorated and well furnished home is in a small private communityof 20 houses. The walk to the beach on the Gulf of Mexicois about 200 yards, across a 2 lane road, and the walkto the beach on the Santa Rosa Sound is only about 100 yards, as it borders the neighborhood. And the Navarre Public Beach and Fisihing Pier is less than 1/8 mile to the east.
There is a small community pool for your enjoyment and a 350 ft. dock, with boatslip, that reaches out to the Intracoastal Waterway or as the locals refer to it, The Sound. The 2 benches on the end of the dock provide a comfortable place to sit and watch a sunrise, sunset or to just sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath home offers a retreat from the everyday stresses of life. It has a fully equipped kitchen which open to the living room and dining room area. There is a large deck that is accessed through French doors in the living room.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bath. The 2 other bedrooms have double beds and share a bath. The laundry room is right at hand on the main floor.
The over-size garage under the house has space on one side for 1-2 cars inside and for 2 more in the driveway.

Everything was just perfect. The home is immaculate and is dog friendly! The atmosphere has a light and airy feeling. The photos do not do the property justice -- it is so much nicer than the photos! The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of pots, pans, utensils, and gadgets. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. The pool is just steps away and the beach is within walking distance. Loved every minute of it! Thanks so much for making this a great stay.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Thanks Peg!This is a well maintained, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable rental property. The attention to detail is outstanding. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a great meal, and there are plenty of towels. The location is within easy walking distance to the beach. I also liked being able to park my vehicle in the garage. I loved the views from the deck. Easy to connect to the Internet with my laptop. My wife and I brought our small dogs Zadok and really appreciate pet friendly rentals. We also liked the private neighborhood dock for fishing or just sitting on the benches and enjoying the view. Peg the Property Manager was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Five StarsRecommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
