It is vacation time here on Navarre Beach year round. And I know of the perfect spot for summer fun, beautiful autumns and a great place to spend those long cold winters away from the north.
The snowy-white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are waiting for you. Our sandy beaches and small undeveloped seashore is a rare find but you will not be disappointed. This small stretch of of barrier island is 3 miles long and is bordered on the east by our new county park and on the west by the National Seashore.
This nicely decorated and well furnished home is in a small private community. This is one of 20 houses. It is located less than 1/8 of a mile east of the public beach. However, it is only a brief walk across Gulf Blvd to the boardwalk to the beach. Depending how many children and how much you are carrying you should be able to get to the beach within 5 minutes or less.
There is a small community pool for your enjoyment and a 350 ft. dock that reaches out to the Intracoastal Waterway or as the locals refer to it, The Sound. The 2 benches on the end of the dock provide a comfortable place to sit and watch a sunrise, sunset or to just sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath home offers a retreat from the everyday stresses of life. It has a fully equipped kitchen which overlooks the living room and dining room area. There is a large deck that is accessed through French doors in the living room.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bath. The 2 other bedrooms have double beds and share a bath. The laundry room is right at hand on the main floor.
The over-size garage under the house has space on one side for 1-2 cars inside and for 2 more in the driveway.
