Amazing Condo!

I stayed in this condo in early November '11. The condo was great. It was clean, everything was in great condition, and the views were incredible. I loved the fact that there was a washer/dryer in the unit. The two bathrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was a dream. Loved the wine fridge. The patio off the living room was great as well. The patio doors are european style so you they tilted open in addition to swinging open. I was traveling alone but felt completely safe here. The concierge of the building was helpful day or night. The building had a great pool, hot tub, sauna that was great to utilze after a long day of sightseeing. Plus the fitness facility in the building was top notch. The fifth floor bbq picnic area was also very nice. The location of the condo can't be beat. You are only one block from the light rail that can take you to the airport, one block from Pike's Place Market, two blocks from a mall (Macy's/Norstrom's), and your are surrounded by amazing restaurants. I highly recommend staying in this condo. Thank you Traci and crew for offering such a great property. I hope to stay with you again.

Best place for a young family in Seattle!

My family stayed in this unit for a week. We had the best week ever! The view is amazing, and the central location was very convenient. It was my husband, my one-and-a-half-year-old son, my mother (for a couple nights), and myself. We brought along a travel crib and a hook-on high chair to hook up to the bar, which was a good idea because there is a granite bar to eat at, but no table for a young person. My mom slept on the fold out sofa and said it was very comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was luxurious. As far as safety for kids, it was a very safe place to stay. The doors to the balcony were European doors that slant open from the top like a window, or open normally, or lock. We only opened the door to the balcony after my son was asleep, though, because it was too high (12th floor) for a tiny boy to be out there. While our son was sleeping, we would enjoy coffee and look out on the beautiful water, watching the ferries and the sailboats, while enjoying wine from the wine fridge sitting on the balcony. It was the good life. On the 5th floor, there was a nice outdoor grill and area to sit outside, an indoor pool & hot tub, and a really nice workout room. The people working at the front desk were very helpful and helped us plan our activities. The location was central to everything, and was better than any hotel we saw. The condo elevators were very quick, we could just go to the market and bring up lunch in 5 minutes. We purchased the "City Pass" for $59 which included admission to the Aquarium (close walk), Space Needle, Zoo, Experience Music Project, Pacific Science Center, and an hour-long Argosy cruise. It was a great value and we did everything. We rented a car, and if we stay here again, we won't rent a car because the location is so central, we could walk everywhere. We walked to the monorail to ride to the Space Needle at the Seattle Center, but otherwise, we only used the car to drive to parks around town, to get to/from airport, and to get to the zoo. I would highly recommend this place. It has an awesome open floor plan, modern and stylish furnishings, and it is clean. Basically, it was the best place we could have stayed.

I would not want to stay anywhere else! As a single woman, travelling alone, this was the perfect place to stay. I felt very safe and it was close to everything. Bob and Traci were super easy to deal with and I didn't have a single problem while I was there. I would stay here again without hesitation. The views are more stunning than the photos.

We are from AR. and we stayed at this location the week on June 18, 2010. It was a GREAT view, very accomadating, to all downtown locations. The people are very helpful with the property, met the owner, super nice guy. We loved going to Pike's Market, and a grocery store very close, a pharmacy, and lots of shopping, restraunts, night life and more. Looking forward to my next stay at this condo. Thanks for making our stay Awesome. P.S. our plane arrived very late and the owner was very understanding.

This condo is wonderful. The location could not be any better. It's the perfect "home" away from home. The flat has everything you need. The linens and bedding are the best. View to die for and a great music system. We come to Seattle often and hope to stay here again. Don't hesitate to rent this.... It's a winner! (probably not great for small children)
