This condo is located in the well maintained, gated beachfront Sea Vista complex next to the Schlitterbahn Water Park and Isla Blanca state park. The living room and master bedroom have a breathtaking floor-to-ceiling view of the beach and the park. The entire condo has been recently remodeled. The master suite has a king bed and bath with tiled shower and granite tops. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two twins.

Cable TV/DVD with HBO, Cinemax and ESPN in every bedroom. Each bedroom also has its own balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that overlook the Gulf or pool area and all have a built-in dresser with granite tops and plenty of drawers. The fully equipped kitchen (range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker) with granite countertops has all the necessities. A full size washer/dryer is in the unit. The complex has two heated swimming pools and hot tubs, tennis courts and a private direct beach access.

  • The condo was recently upgraded and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. The furniture was comfortable. My mother-in-law especially liked the master bathroom shower - she didn't have to climb in and out of a tub. We had a great time!

  • Just got back from SPI Bike week. Couldn't ask for a nicer condo or location to stay. Staff is fantastic, the beach is clean, pool is absolutely great. Highly recommend this condo for any occasion. It's like taking your home with you on vacation. everything you need is already there, just show up and have a great time.

  • Just got back form a great weekend getaway at SPI. The condo was perfect from bedding accomodations to appliances and most of all location. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had every appliance imaginable. We even baked a cake. The beach was right in front of us and not crowded at all. The pool was nice and also never crowded despite being Labor Day weekend. We had a slight glitch with the AC but it was taken care of really fast. Lana and Nick were great and I wouldn't hesitate to rent this or another of their condos in the future.

  • We were very pleased with this condo. It was well maintained and very well stocked. I found dealing with the owners, was a very pleasant experience. This is a great location next to the water park and right on the beach. My only complaint, if I have one is the 20 yds of sand I had to walk through to get to the beach. I am not in very good shape...once I got there, it was great.

    The 20 yds of sand the guest is referring to is actually the sand on the beach. The sand on the beach in South Padre is very soft, but should not be a problem for anyone other than those with extremely limited mobility. The building is about 10 feet from the edge of the sand, right on the beach. You will not find a condo building closer to the ocean than ours, and of course all of them will require you to walk through sand on the beach to get to the water.

  • This was a lovely condo and the entire facility was very well maintained. We had five guests in the condo and only one very, very small closet was available to us. I would strongly suggest that the owners provide a closet in each room.

    The closets that were supposed to be available for our guests were locked by mistake. We have changed the locks to the kind that can't be locked so this issue will not come up again.

  • Lana and Nick Strub were really great people to rent from. This was our family's very first vacation and they made everything so simple for us. The newly remodeled condo was really nice and we felt right at home. We would definately rent from them again.
