This condo is located in the well maintained, gated beachfront Sea Vista complex next to the Schlitterbahn Water Park and Isla Blanca state park. The living room and master bedroom have a breathtaking floor-to-ceiling view of the beach and the park. The entire condo has been recently remodeled. The master suite has a king bed and bath with tiled shower and granite tops. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two twins.
There are three TVs with a DVD player in the condo. Each bedroom has its own balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the Gulf or pool area and all have a built-in dresser with granite tops and plenty of drawers. The twin bedroom does not have a closet available to guests. The fully equipped kitchen (range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker) with granite countertops has all the necessities. A full size washer/dryer is in the unit. There are three ceiling fans in the condo: in the living room and two bedrooms. For your enjoyment there are also beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards. The complex has two heated swimming pools and hot tubs, tennis courts and a private direct beach access.

The condo is located in a great spot near family entertainment and fishing. We had a blast in the pool and in the ocean. I will be taking part in some fishing on our next trip.

Condo was very nice and clean. Excellent pool and very close, easy walk to the beach. It is located in a spot away from large crowds and thus the beach was not cluttered. Security was great. Layout of the condo is ideal. My family loved it. I highly recommend it. Kitchen has plenty of utensils, good quality plates and glasses. Great decor. All appliances worked.

What a delightful experience we had in this condo. The unit is VERY well appointed with linens and towels that I wish I had in my own home! The decor of the unit is just enogh to give you that 'at home' feeling, yet just light enough to remind you that you are on vacation. This condo has everything you would need to have a great time: beach towels and chairs; fully stocked kitchen of real, hardy cookware and utensils; a spice cabinet that is sure to have 'the one you forgot'; high-end coffee maker, microwave, stove, and dishwasher; and large capasity washer & dryer. And yes, the dish soap, dishwasher soap, cloths washing soap and dryer sheets are provided. All you need to do is bring your own clothes! The view of the beach from the balcony off the livingroom and master bedroom is spectacular, and the second and third bedroom overlook the complex pool. Don't let the fact that this unit is on the forth floor hinder your decision to rent, the view of the beach is worth it, and besides, the elevator is FAST. The short distance on the boardwalk to the beach was a very easy trek, even with the 1 1/2 and 3 year olds in our party. And, because this condo is right next to Schitterbahn Water Park that also has a boardwalk to the beach, this section of the beach is far less crowded than what you see just a quarter mile down the coastline in either direction. Overall, one would be hard pressed to find a better privately owned condo, or better owners! We are already looking forward to next summer with them.

We loved the condo at Sea Vista! Well laid out floor plan, beautifully decorated, very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked! We cooked most of the time - lots of shrimp. . . and when we ate out, we loved the Sea Ranch and the PI Brewing Company. The only thing I did not realize was that we didn't have a full view of the ocean (the main windows face south) - but I got over that! I especially liked the fact that we had a relatively quiet beach - being on the southern end of the island. The owners were very helpful and friendly! Reservation process was very easy. We will be back and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

This property is extremely clean and well kept. It is located in a convenient spot and the on-sight security is excellent. The owner provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place to stay while on the island.

my wife and i had a great time while at s p i . this unit is right on the beach, can't get any better than that, this unit has everything you need for your stay. water park in right next to the complex, security was always on the look out, private access coming and going into the complex. i would recommend this unit to anybody going to s p i . owners were real good about emailing info about this unit.

Exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen, great ocean veiw, quiet complex, clean beach away from crowds, and at home feel of condo made for the ideal location for our family's vacation on SPI. Would definitely stay here again!
