The road ends at my property, its just paradise's beach house.I have a 270 degree water view overlooking Flander Bay, the North Fork and Indian Island State Park. Paradise sits on a 1/3 of an acre.
Adjacent to my home is a private sandy beach with excellent swimming. My neighbors, the Ospreys(if you don't know what Ospreys are they are endangered birds) have their nest on their own 6 acre Southampton town preserve.
Ideal for swimming, fishing, clamming. Awesome kayaking, sailing, and windsurfing right out in front of the house.
If you want the water, peace and quite you have reached the beach house. Where else could you go and still be 15 minutes to everything but not see it or hear it. Come stay awhile, put your feet up, rest and relax. Enjoy life as it was meant to be.

Why the Owner Chose Riverhead
I am drawn to the water and always wanted to wake up in the morning with my cup of coffee and step out the door to the beach. Well I got it. I'm away from it all, but not. I don't have to go very far to all that there is to do on Long Island, but where this is, is so peaceful and relaxing. It is truly Paradise Found
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
Besides the fact that it only takes 15 minutes to the North Fork farms stands, wineries, golf, boating, outlets, southampton, and the aquarium, it is the most peaceful place on earth. You wake in the morning to the swans going by with their babies. People boating and fishing. Birds singing and seagulls flying. The sunrise with coffee and sunsets with a glass of wine are wonderful. The best are the stars, grab a blanket lie down on the grass and look up. It takes your breath away.

It is evident in every square inch of this beautiful home that it is the owner's dream to have a bed and breakfast. The thought, care, and attention to detail in this home is above and beyond expectations. The cleanliness of the house is imaculate. This house is very pet friendly with dog beds, water bowls, toys, and even leads. High quality linnens, excellent water pressure, professional grade kitchen appliances, and gorgeous antiques add to the luxury and charm this home has to offer. I would certainly recommend this haven to friends and family.
