Welcome to Paradise! Our newly remodeled condo is located on the 4th floor with awesome beach views. This spacious unit sleeps 8-10 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. The fully covered balcony is a great place to visit with family and friends while enjoying the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our home away from home has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and dining area that easily seats 10. The open floor plan contains the den area with a tiki bar, big screen TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo system. Our large family of 16 has enjoyed a luau or two in this den!
Mainsail is a wonderfully friendly community. It offers 24 hr. security, beachfront pool area with a large shell-shaped pool, hot tub and kiddie waterfall, a second heated pool near the cottages, tennis courts, workout room, basketball hoop, video games, private beach, and covered parking.
Mainsail 342 is our favorite place on Earth. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Mainsail is in the perfect location! Condo 342 is located on the beach and across the street from Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Just 1 mile from the Sandestin community and a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown Destin. It's PERFECT- all the conveniences without any of the traffic!

Mainsail 342 has become the home away from home for our BIG extended family. Mainsail became our own personal paradise over 10 years ago. Since then, our family has grown to a whopping 16 people living across 4 states. This is our favorite place on earth. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

My family and I stayed here the beginning of sept 2011 and were very pleased. First of all the property itself was awesome, very spacious, well maintained and the pools and hot tubs were a big hit with the kids (age 2 and 5). I really liked the gas grills as we cooked out on them twice. We were there during tropical storm lee so had more time in the condo than expected. The 3 bedrooms were all good sizes and the bunk beds were again a big hit. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook quite a few meals. The living area was huge with a really nice tv, all bedrooms had tvs which was nice so we didnt have to watch mickey mouse all the time. The balcony had a really nice view of the gulf and was bigger than i had expected. The beach was amazing, the water was really clear once the storm had passed. The condo far exceeded my expectations inside and out. The location was right by sandestin, we spent a lot of time at harbor walk eating all we could in fresh seafood while there. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a big condo that is close to good food and fun.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.
