You will love our charming holiday home located in a quiet neighbourhood of San Miguel de Allende, Colonia San Antonio, a 15 minute walk to the Instituto Allende in the heart of Colonial San Miguel.
Our house possess the charm of the traditional colonial architecture while having the benefits of all the modern amenities. Comfortably furnished, full of lights and secure (alarm system supervised 24 hours a day).
On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, open dining room with a fireplace and cozy living room. There are two beautiful iron wrought French doors opening to two lovely flowery balconies. There is also a remote control garage for one car.
On the second floor, you will find a queen size master bed room opening on a balcony, security safe, two single beds guest room, two complete bath rooms and a open den equipped with wireless internet connection, desk and easel to be use by aspiring artists.
The house has large cupboards and wardrobes to store those big suitcases. Our guests may enjoy quality time to relax on the rooftop terrace with it's beautiful view, lounging furniture, surrounded by bougainvilleas, cypress and colorful native flowers.
The washer and dryer are nicely hidden on the roof top for your use.
Our house keeper will be happy to help you 2 times a week during your stay.

After a disastrous first experience, we were able to rent this nice casa, well appointed, very tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail. and superbly managed. We enjoyed the house, even though it is a little far from Centro. The management company was utterly responsive and helped us with all of our concerns. The house is comfortable and the view from the roof is interesting. We would consider returning to this Casa.....
