  We had a group of 10 adults who wanted to get together in a restful location over Thanksgiving and this was the place! John the home owner is a delight to work with and provides the best tips for saving money regarding flights and ground transportation. Every bedroom has its own bathroom! The gated community is very well kept and the staff there were very helpful. We used a local charter flight service which let us include all of our food/alcohol supplies in the cargo. We occasionally tried the local restaurants but enjoyed buying fresh seafood at amazingly low prices. Fresh produce is limited and arrives once a week. Be sure to have lots of single bills for the water taxi between the two islands. Even though the home has a golf cart we had to rent an additional one with such a large group. Golf carts are the most economical mode of transportation around town. We would definitely go back! Next time we will look into housekeeping service as you can imagin how crazy it can get with 10 people.

  We could not have stayed in a better house. This unit was gorgeous, comfortable and stocked with everything needed, while on vacation. It was wonderful. We enjoyed the house very much and had a great time with our friends. Our slip was located directly in front of the unit which was very convenient. I recommend this house to anyone traveling to Bimini, looking to have a great time. The owner was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and nice. I plan on returning and staying here next time.   We were looking for a place to have a vacation of a lifetime and we found it at Bimini, The owner was a pleasure to talk with in planning our trip.Hope to return soon ,my children and our friends talk about it all the time. If you get a chance call John and he will tell you everything you need.All I can say is gas your boat up and enjoy the cruise over to see some of the most beautiful beaches and underwater life.   I forgot one of the important parts in my first review. John, the owner, was very accomodating and helpful in setting up the rental, answering any questions we may have had, and had some good suggestions. You will enjoy working with him if you decide to rent this home from him. Everything he lists is accurate. I would recommend if your are looking to just get away from it all, but still have the comforts of home, this is the place.

  I believe the photos didn't do the home justice. It was wonderful. Laid out nicely with lots of room for everyone to have their own space, yet roomy enough for everyone to gather for meals or hang out and watch movies. Nice large patio on rear of house to hang out, watch the sun rise and cook on the grill. The boat is right there if you bring one. It was clean and well maintained. Most of the items you would need are already there in the kitchen and you have a laundry also. They have a beach area nearby that has kids activities and you can snorkel on your own. There is also a couple pools, restuarants and activities nearby for the entire family. The dolphin swim and snorkeling with the Keefes (Bimini Undersea) are great. If you bring your own boat, I suggest bringing your own food and supplies-it will save you money. We had a wonderful time there and will return again and hopefully rent this unit again. Bimini is a place to relax, fish, scuba and snorkel and get to know the locals. It is not a high action tourist type place. We love it there.
