We sold this house last year to some great people. They don't plan on living here full-time for a few years so they wanted us to make it available to the public to use. It is a great place and you will love the location and the utility of this home.

Our company specializes in selling lake property but we also manage lake houses for people. Some clients that we sell to like the idea of making some income on their investment when it is not in use. This service is great for the home owners but is equally great for the person that doesn't own a lake house or is in the market and want to "try out" the lake.
The Unique Benefits of this Lake House
This house is very open and perfect for the family or group. The main room, living room, kitchen, bar, and dining room is all one space. There is room for everyone in this house and the outside space including the 1200 sq foot covered porches are great for taking in the view and fresh air. We have a portable dock that can be launched into the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and there is some great hiking trails around the waterfront.
