  This condo is everything and more that it appears to be. Very clean and customized, in a perfect location on the bay in Mission Beach. Very friendy neigborhood, close to everything. Beauiful view, extremely nice kitchen, living room and patio. Great for a family, plenty of room. The host Cindy made it a very easy process to book, provided info and answers to every question we had. It was an overall wonderful experience and we will look to book this condo again on our next trip to San Diego.

  We do love this beautiful place. It has absolutely everything that we could think of for a perfect stay. Our granddaughters loved the beach so close, shallow and no big waves. We rented kayaks, walked around and just sat at the patio "absorbing" the atmosphere. Thank you for having this wonderful place available for families.

  We loved everything about this condo! The location obviously is more than ideal as you are right on the water. The kitchen is large and well equipped; allowing for great cooking should you beso inclined. The living room is really comfortable with a very large sofa. Our bed was just perfect and we loved the washer and drier. We found a book we all the information necessary for both our stay in the place but also for eating out and sightseeing nearby... This place is clearly well managed. In fact we did meet the manager, Cindy, as we were leaving. She is both professional and really friendly. In a few words: we only wish we could have spent more time there....

  I stayed at this condo with my husband and 2 kids, my sister, her husband and 5 kids March 4-7th. The condo itself is beautiful. It was clean and well taken care of. We felt right at home and had a wonderful experience there. We read over the rules and tips for the care of the condo and because we have small children, we felt very strongly to take care of property that isn't ours. We feel that we were careful and conscientious. We were in San Diego for a wedding and had a very busy schedule. We were told that the condo would be looked over and checked before we moved our luggage in, but Cindy did not come to check the property for several hours after she said she would. She came at a time when we were just leaving to attend a family dinner and actually made us late because she kept checking things and giving us instruction. All things that should have been done earlier. She was very nice, but completely oblivious to the fact we were all leaving. After what we felt was a wonderful stay and vacation my parents informed me and my sister that we had been accused of breaking a window, leaving sticky fingerprints all over, not cleaning the oven and many other things. While we stayed in San Diego it was quite cold. We never opened any windows, in fact, we had the heater on almost the entire time. Yes, we have small children, but we looked over the condo very carefully several times to be sure that there was nothing we overlooked or didn't clean ourselves. We again reviewed the rule book and felt that we left things the way they were asked to be left, including laundry. To be wrongly accused of not taking care of the property and to be accused of breaking things is so frustrating to us. I think either Cindy doesn't want to take responsibility for not doing a proper walk through before we came in, or the cleaning staff is responsible for damage done. While I loved my stay at your condo, I would not stay there again and I would not recommend it to my friends. Please look at your management staff carefully and assess if they are doing the right things for your condo. Not doing a proper walk through before someone stays on your property should be absolutely unacceptable.

  Owner response: I'm happy to hear that you had a wonderful experience at this beautiful condo. After your families departed, you and I communicated a few times and worked out all the details of what had transpired during your stay. We refunded your entire deposit less than a week following your departure. You state here that 11 total people were in this condo, when it states very clearly in the condo listing that only 10 people are allowed. You signed our rental agreement that also states this fact. I personally check every property upon the departure of each guest, prior to the arrival of the next guests. Your family arrived very early, while the housekeeper was still cleaning, and she was not running behind schedule. Because your family was also renting the 2nd floor condo, we agreed over the phone to have your family wait in the upstairs condo until this unit was ready. But they were very anxious and checked in early anyway. When I arrived, I politely and professionally asked if you would mind my inspecting the condo, which you agreed to, and nothing was broken at that time. I was there for 5 minutes, delivered a pack & play unit free of charge to you, for which we normally charge a daily rate. If you were late for anything, it was not my fault. No one was accused of breaking a window. That is completely untrue and shows the miscommunication between you and your family members. The lock on the frame of the window was broken during your stay. All the windows in the units in this building are brand new, and they work perfectly. Someone forced it, and broke the piece. We replaced it with another brand new piece before the next guests arrived. It took the housekeepers 8 hours to clean upon your departure, and the 2nd floor condo took 6 hours to clean following the rest of your family's departure. This is twice as long as it normally takes. Our housekeepers know the properties very well. The arm to a dining chair in the 2nd floor condo was broken as well. We fixed this immediately upon your departure. Your families left both units in poor, disrespectful conditions. Please notice that every review on this condo has a 5-star rating. Also, over half of these reviews mention my name in a very positive light. I hope that future guests will take this into account and realize that we do our best to maintain the highest standards in the units that we represent.

  Special Vacation We first rented this condo years ago when our 3 children were young as it was a perfect place for a family vacation. We have continued over the years to stay at this condo. This year, we headed back for a very special family vacation before our youngest child headed off to college. The location is perfect and the condo immaculate. The patio opens up to the walk, grass, sand, and bay. It is also only two blocks from the ocean beach. There is a sailing center very close (one minute walk) where you can rent a sail boat, catamaran, jet skis, or kayaks. Meals were so much fun. We picked up groceries at the local grocery store and stocked the refrigerator with snacks and food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and our whole group loved eating on the outside patio right on the bay. We cooked as many meals as we desired, but there were numerous, great restaurants all within a short walking distance. We can't wait to return.

  We stayed here from Phoenix and loved it. The week flew by & we look forward to next summer. The condo is perfect; the little kids enjoyed the beach & the grassy area. The 10pm fireworks were awesome. Love Sea World. Lots of great memories & fun. Thanks

  My family & I came to your cute condo to celebrate my 60th birthday. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We were able to play Washoes on the grass and Bocchi Ball as well as cribbage and cards with the beautiful view. We are all San Diego natives. We plan on calling Cindy again to book for a week in the summer. By the way she is awesome! Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home.

  We had a wonderful time with our little girls and our in-laws. We enjoyed the roomy kitchen and had delicious dinners every night. It was easy to find parking. The park close by was nice for our 2 and 3 year olds. It was fun to be close to the shopping in Mission Beach and the Olive Cafe. It is so yummy. Thanks so much; this place may become our yearly stay-cation! :)

  Condo is great -- well furnished -- perfect location. The condo was clean and well furnished, has all of the amenities for an extended stay. It is a great location in that you can enjoy the Bay view while you are having coffee in the morning and then just stroll 2 blocks up and you are at the ocean. Also just a block from a very nice little bakery and close to a grocery store. It was Fun to have the board games at the condo and tv (we did watch a football while we stayed there). Also rented bikes at Cheap Rentals up the street. Good place to rent bikes and Surf Boards & Paddle Boards. The bay is fabulous. We only had to drive 10 -15 minutes in any direction to see Sea World, the zoo, the harbor, downtown etc. We would definitely stay here again and I am recommending this condo to several of my friends. The rental agent, Cindy Pressar, went out of her way to make sure that our stay was perfect. All in all, a great place to stay while visiting San Diego.
