This awesome South Padre home is for those looking to enjoy quiet, nature, and your own heated pool, with bayside canal frontage. Perfect for boaters and fishermen. Boat dock and fish cleaning station. The island at it's widest is only half a mile wide so the beach( 5 min walk, 2 min by car) and all kinds of fun and entertainment is only a short walk/drive away. Beautifully landscaped pool and spacious balcony with great view of the sunset, and even the fireworks on Friday nights. Perfect for families and serious fishermen. The big master bedroom has a king size bed with great views of the canal. Bathroom has a walk-in closet. 2nd guest bedroom is a queen with a bathroom, and 3rd bedroom is fun for kids with 2 full on full bunk beds.
Two big garages as well as ample parking outside for a boat and two other cars. Washer and dryer with another half bath downstairs by pool.

It is beautiful, cozy, with great landscaping and a pool. Most importantly it is on the water so you have direct access to all water sports.

We are a fun loving couple that loves the beach, travel, good food and wine with good friends. We love fly fishing here on the island, and recently learned how to surf in Costa Rica, a new hobby we will certainly pursue on the island. We have 2 beautiful little ones, a boy and a girl, and also 2 rambunctious German wirehaired pointers. I guess that makes us a family of 6.
