This newly remodeled beachfront home is located in Channel Islands Harbor on Silverstrand Beach. Enjoy activities right on the sand between the house and the water. The first floor is a separate unit with 1 kitchen, living room with a pullout bed, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom. Right by the entrance is an outdoor hot water shower to wash off in as you come in off of the beach.
The second floor has a large great room which is the family room, dining room and kitchen. 2 bedrooms are located on this floor with 1 king and 1 queen as well as a pullout bed and a full bathroom with a shower and tub.
This is such a relaxing tranquil home with a gorgeous views of the Channel Islands. You can sit and watch the boats come and go in the harbor. Take wonderful walks either on the beach or casually through the neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants to eat at and listen to music. On Sundays, the Farmers Market is open across the harbor from 10 to 2 pm. Many salons are located in the area that offer relaxing Spa treatments, nails, hair cuts, etc. Convenient grocery shopping is nearby with many other stores in the area.

We love all there is about Silverstrand and the Channel Islands Harbor. You can do so many things or simply relax on the beach. Enjoy fine dining in the harbor, in Ventura and many other breathtaking areas all close by! We love living by the water.
Why the Owner Chose Oxnard
Silverstrand and the Channel Island beach areas are secluded but yet so close to so many things to do. The ocean is so tranquil and peaceful.
