The building has washer and dryer (pay) on each floor, elevators, and plenty of parking (some covered - not assigned). Walk to local bars and restaurants but condo is located in a quiet residential area. Quick drive to grocery store, tourist attractions, pharmacy, restaurants and mall. Trolley service is available in the area and throughout the City.

Our family has been vacationing at the Sunset Chateau in Treasure Island, Florida for 20 years. It is located in a quaint residential area with multi million dollar beach front homes. It is within close distance to restaurants, grocery stores, the mall, and many tourist attractions. There is a trolley service too... We loved it so much that we bought a condo there in 2001 and want to share our condo and beach experiences with others.

We just got back from the Chateau and had a wonderful time. It was very clean, great view and things to use I did not even expect. I brought a lot of things from home that I did not need to bring. Loved the views from each side (bedroom and livingroom). We will definately come back to the Chateau.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Unit was clean. Nicely stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, etc. We enjoyed our stay. Beach is right outside your front door. One of the days that we stayed, the dolphins decided to entertain us all day. That was fun! Bonnie was very accomodating with letting us stay an extra day.

The condo was beautifully decorated ,clean and had everything we needed.The sunsets were awesome. Really enjoyed swimming in the gulf ,walking on the beach and just laying in the sun. Great place to relax and or entertain some friends. I`m very dissapointed that I can`t have it again for the first two weeks of April next year.

The condo was immaculate and well stocked with items for the beach. This condo was very clean. All items needed for the stay was there. All linens were provided. there were some extra items in the closet that came in handy for the beach, and a cooler for fishing and boating adventures. It was so comfortable and easy to go back and forth to the beach! You have thought of everything a vacationer would need. This has been our best vacation ever!!!!

What a wonderful and beautiful place. We fell in love with it as soon as we walked in the door. Overlooks the Gulf with beautiful sunsets daily. Very clean and well maintained. Couldn't ask for a better landlord either. Responds quickly to your questions or requests. Easy access to anywhere in the St. Pete/Clearwater/Tampa area. Plenty of good restaurants. We would stay here again in a minute and will be back again next year for sure. If you get the opportunity to stay here, do it! The VRBO listing is all it says it is and then some.

Spent 2 winters in this condo (Jan & Feb each year) and absolutely loved it! Directly on beach, beautiful sunsets, clean condo. Everything you need is already in this condo. Just the right size condo for the two of us but also holds four comfortably when we entertained visiting guests. The owner is great to work with. She answered all questions and handled any problems we might have had very promptly. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully soon we can! Thanks Bonnie!

This condo is the perfect place to get some sun and fun! The condo is just beautiful, has everything you can imagine and the location on the beach is so peaceful. We saw dolphins from the balcony outside the condo front door - it was awesome! Met some wonderful renters and owners at the Sunset Chateau and will be back for sure and longer next time. I have been in unit 310 multiple times and the owner was wonderful to work with on the reservations, self check in and pay via credit card quickly and secure. Thanks for making my vacation so wonderful.....

This is so much like home. Anything you need is here - unbelievable! Look in the cabinets and find everything! Very warm and seductive.
