Nestled at the base of Twin Peaks, with the Castro to one side and the Mission on the other, Noe Valley - one of the hippest neighborhoods in San Francisco is safe, vibrant and friendly. Our apartment is one block from 24th Street which is the neighborhood center with shops, restaurants, coffee shops, Post Office, Banks, City Library, Farmers Market (Sat Morn) and more. Check out the Noe Valley Voice website, the neighborhood newspaper, you'll get a good feel for the community.
Our apartment is on the ground floor with a door to the garage. Newly renovated it features bamboo floors, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave & dishwasher, and a beautiful granite counter top. Queen bed and deluxe sofa bed (double) will sleep up to 4. Flat screen TV with DVD player that also plays CDs. Bathroom is done in travertine with a generous sized shower. Front door opens onto a small patio with chairs to relax in. Street access is through a locked gate and leads to the patio & front door. Smoking outside in the patio is allowed. Washer/Dryer in building. Garage parking for 1 car.
With our apartment, you can walk for most needs with everything right around the corner. If you don't have a car, the SF Muni is very good, with a trip planner online at their sfmuni website.

My partners (Tom & Pam Petersen)and I bought the building almost 30 years ago, and for 11 years it was my home until I moved to Sonoma. I LOVE love love San Francisco and Noe Valley, so it was always my dream to have my own little "pied-a-terre" in the City.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
Noe Valley is just awesome! You can park your car in the garage and have almost anything you could want within walking distance. The weather is almost always sunny, and I like to walk to the top of one of the several hills for a good workout and to take in the incredible views.
