We had a beautiful view from our 5th floor balcony. Easy in and out by the elevator too. The bed was small and pretty uncomfortable. The laundry/trash was all the way around the building a little inconvenient. There was only 1 extra garbage bag for the whole week and we were required to have NO garbage left so that was annoying. Trash bags should be provided. Beautiful Condo grounds. Very well secured. Noise was at a minimum. Close to everything. Great location and beautiful beach!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

My wife and I stayed here for the whole month of March. The condo was very nice. The complex was very nice--new paint and balcony railings and landscaping. Could enter bathroom from either the bedroom or the hallway. Bathroom divided into two parts-- vanity and sink on one bedroom side of door and tub/shower and another sink on the hallway side. Kitchen had everything we needed. The heated pool was great. The clubhouse had wireless internet, and activities such as a wine and cheese night, bridge night, and movie night (popcorn included). There is shuffleboard too. >>Occassionally<< my laptop would pick up the wireless internet from the condo balcony. The "no-drive" beach was very wide for as far as you can see.. Access to the part of the beach you can drive on is just a few blocks away. Across the street is a good size shopping center that has a big grocery store, a couple restaurants (one was Italian), a liquor store, and a beauty shop. A catholic church is within walking distance. The downtown is only a few miles away. The road over the intercoastal is a little closer and stores and restaurants are all along it. You must go to "Breakers" which is nothing fancy but a neat bar/grill that's right on the part of the beach that you can drive on. The city of Edgewater is pretty close and we ate at a couple restaurants there, and also went to the movies. You can watch the dogs race at Daytona which is about a 1/2 hour drive. When considering this condo, we emailed the owner several times and she answered us right away. Next March we will be a little north of New Smyrna Beach. I hope that works out because I know my wife would like to return to NSB. We really don't have anything negative to say about the condo or condo complex or city. It's a great vacation spot because it's not too small and it's not too big.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

This is an exceptionally clean and well maintained condo. The amenities are terrific..about the only thing I had to buy was a wine opener, which I left there.... The view from the balcony to see the ocean is well worth the trip...the complex is well maintained, and I never felt afraid. The decorations in the apartment are lovely, and I had a relaxing vacation. The only problem I encounted is the mattress would need to be updated, as it was a little hard. Other than that, I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone.

The property met every expectation and then some. First off, the on-line pictures are true to what the accomodations provide inside, as well as, the GREAT view to the beach/ocean. In addition, the unit was very clean, and the kitchen was throughly furnished from dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The Management team & Owner was readily available and responsive throughout the whole time from booking to checking out. As for Restaurant recommendations: "SoNapa"...nothing could go wrong with your order! "New Symrna Steak House"...Local Joint...OutBack has met it's match. "Breaker's" best burger..&.. BEST OCEAN VIEW!!" But, before you end your vacation it would not be complete without the very best sub sandwich EVER from: "Mon Delice"!! Two other good restaurants to embark if you have time: Garlic & Riverview Grill. Both have "Ambiance & a Fun Atmospher"! As Orlando residents, we hope to have the opportunity to rent this property again and have recommened it to local several friends and out of state family members.
