Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath home directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Located between Ponte Vedra Beach and St. Augustine. The house was recently remodeled and is in excellent condition. A very large deck gives you a panoramic view of the beach. If you email me I can email you several more photos.
The first floor has a living room, bedroom (with a king size bed) and bath with a large porch on the ocean. There is a two car garage and a carport. The second floor has a large central family room and a dining area. The kitchen is fully furnished. Washing machine and dryer.
There are 4 bedrooms, one king, one double and two with twin beds. The 2 bathrooms are on opposite sides and are between two bedrooms. A fabulous deck covers the ocean side and a small deck overlooks Guana State Park. There are grills and there is internet access.
The beach in this area is fantastic. Great sports area, including some of the finest golf courses such as the TPC and World Golf Village. The fishing is great and charter boats and marinas are within 10 miles. Historic St. Augustine offers great shopping, dining and sightseeing as well as a very large Outlet Mall. Also close to Ponte Vedra Beach and downtown Jacksonville and Alltel Stadium, home of the Jacksonville Jaguars. For an additional fee use of a beach club with dining, heated pools and small exercise room is available.

Our family stays here every year!! Perfect set up for privacy, and togetherness! 2 bedrooms on each side of the kitchen, with 1 bath, and a door that shuts for those who want to sleep in. The downstairs is like its own little bungalow with a bedroom and bathroom! Our favorite part is the Huge living area and kitchen upstairs!! Great for meals and hanging out together! Also the deck is as long as the house... plenty of room for 10 adults and a few kids in pack n play (not sure if they have one)
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Awesome!! Semi Private Beach for a great family or girls outing.
