Home has a unique 2nd story swimming pool and deck that overlooks the canal that looks down to the intracoastal waterway. The 1st and 2nd story front porch has a beautiful view of the Ocean. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and there is a kids or flex room for kids to watch their own TV or play games.
This house is one of a few on the entire Island that has a Full Size Swimming Pool on the top or second floor deck. The Pool size is 10'x20' with a depth of 3'-5' deep. There is a great area to lounge around the pool lay in the Sun. At the same time you've got some great views of the Canal and great sunsets.
Dock for Boaters and fisherman right in the back yard.

  • Our Group just returned from a Great vacation at this amazing house. Every aspect of this house is awesome. There were so many outstanding features in this house. We especially loved the pool and each bedroom having it's own private bathroom. The kitchen was large enough for us all to have a hand in cooking. Location is great, the views and scenery were beautiful. Having a private dock for boating and fishing were a plus. The Guys caught all kings of fish and lots of them. A golf cart is a must to really enjoy the island. We can't wait to go again and hope we can stay in THIS HOUSE !!

  • What a great house. By far the best beach house I have ever stayed at. The house has plently of room for a big family. The swimming pool on the second story deck is really nice and has great views. My family would definitely stay at this house again -- hopefully we can sometime soon!

  • My family and I stayed at this beautiful home last week. We fell in love with the house. Our family was from ages of 16 months to 63 years old. The house was perfect for all. Everyone had their "own" space and it was wonderful. The pool was by far the best part of the house. The teenagers loved it as well as my sister-in-law. She actually never made it to the beach....she sun bathed there on the deck. My husband and 15 yr old loved the dock right in the back yard, they fished and put out crab traps. My son caught a large blue crab and plenty of shrimp. They had a good time fishing there. The beach is just a short block away, perfect exercise, or if you like their is public parking if you drive. There were a lot of golf carts on the island. If you have one at home, we suggest taking it. The island is family oriented and fabulous for a clean and safe feeling vacation. Thank you so much for renting out this wonderful home.

  • Our family stayed at this beautiful home last week. It couldn't have been nicer! The swimming pool right off the family room was AWESOME. There was plenty of room for adults and kids to all have their own space. The view of the ocean from the kitchen is fantastic. We hardly explored the island on this trip because we had so much fun hanging out at the pool and fishing off of the new dock. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this incredible home.

  • We just returned from the most spectacular vacation we have ever had. The beach home was perfect for our family-lots of room and the best ammenities. The unique 2nd story pool was the perfect size for our 3 generation family. The walk to the beach was short, even with small children. We can't wait to go again next year and bring our boat and crabbing "stuff".
