HILL HAVEN is BASS HEAVEN, FLAT PROPERTY Conveniently located close to Water Front Grocery (Best Tackle Store), Goose Pond Colony, and Guntersville State Park. Comes with PRIVATE RAMP, 6 PERSON JACUZZI, CIRCLE DRIVE WITH LARGE PARKING AREA FOR BOAT TRAILERS. Owners lived on lake 25 years, and guided Bass Fishing 10 years. PRIVATE SMOKE PIT to handle up to 12 chickens, or 6-8 slaps of ribs.
Taxidermy throughout house with ELK, BASS, DUCK, GOOSE, PHEASANT. Easy 5 minute drive to Guntersville with shops, supplies, WAL-MART, and fine dining. We pride ourselves on keeping the house in immaculate condition, including new kitchen and renovated knotty pine walls throughout the house. The home is located at end of dead-end road with minimal traffic.
You will find the fishing to be world-class, 7-10 pound Bass are not uncommon. Large Flat lot for easy access to and from the pier with fishing in 6-7 feet of water from the pier.

My husband and I stayed here in July and we loved the house. Very comfy and clean! We used the hot tub at night and fished every morning and evening. The fishing was tough in July (95 degrees) but we still managed to catch em! Brad and Stacey were very helpful to us and a pleasure to rent from. We would stay again!

I just wanted you to know that we really enjoyed staying in your lake house this past week. It was everything we could have asked for; without question, it was the best family vacation we have ever taken! Although we didn't exactly mop up on the fish, we made a ton a good memories and enjoyed many good laughs. Hill Haven is a beautiful place that is in immaculate condition. The private boat ramp was a huge benefit. Brad and Stacey were very concerned with making sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We are already planning our trip for next year!

Double Digit Bass on the wall and Honeymoon Like Accomodations make our HILL HAVEN cozy for couples and large enough to accomodate a team of competitive bass fisherman. After guiding on the lake for 10 years, and fishing from Goose Pond to Guntersville Dam, our location in Seibol Creek turned out to be a great location

Main Channel View of the Lake, limited boat traffice, and short walk from House to Pier were key discriminators. After staying at property on Cliffs and shallow water, we liked the ability to put your boat into the lake within 100 ft of the back door.
