This home sits on 10 beautiful acres that are connected to a Denver Mountain Park.
Stepping out the back door you will be able to enjoy hiking, sight seeing and mountain biking. Out the front door are spectacular views of the valley below and the surrounding mountains.
There also is road biking. A variety of wild life visits this property frequently. You are minutes to the towns of Evergreen, Morrison, Tiny Town and Conifer. 35 minutes to downtown Denver.
Tiny Town offers a walking tour of miniature landmark structures that exist in Colorado. The town also can be toured by train for a small fee. Evergreen lake area has hiking, golfing, boating, fishing, massage, live theater, shopping of all kinds and a variety of restaurants.
Morrison sits at the foot of Red Rocks Park. It offers dining, live theater, wine bars, concerts, hiking, biking, rock climbing and spectacular scenery.
The Conifer area offers a lot of the same things the other 2 towns offer. It has a fairly new town square with a state of the art food market.
All of these towns are minutes from the mountain home.

Year Purchased: 2000
I am a retired Fire Fighter and lived in this mountain area for 25 years. At a very young age I would dream of moving out west and living in the mountains amongst the scenic beauty and wildlife. I moved to Colorado in 1977 and bought my first mountain home in 1984. I now am living the dream I sought after.
Why the Owner Chose Evergreen
The location offers so many wonderful things to do and see. Because of the scenery and serenity I thought that this home would be a wonderful place to hold a small retreat.
The Unique Benefits of this Mountain Home
The wildlife is abundant. The views and hiking are spectacular. Very close to many mountain towns.
