Beautiful, fully remodeled executive 4600 square foot home in Kailua. The home has a spacious master suite, with a 250 square foot master bath, which includes an extra-large travertine walk-in shower with dual showerheads, a three head body spray and a deep, soaking tub.
A fabulous 400 square foot loft above has a beautiful, 16 foot cathedral ceiling. The loft includes a spacious sitting area with three sofas, wet bar, TV, two twin beds, an extensive library with over 450 books and over 400 magazines. All bathrooms feature travertine floors and counters with large walk-in showers and custom cabinetry. Each room has it’s own air conditioning control system. A fantastic Bose Sound System is installed throughout the main rooms of the house, including the master bathroom and the lanai. Each room can choose what music to listen to, at what volume, or decide to listen to nothing at all.
At the opposite end of the home includes a 1,000 square foot bedroom with a Sony, home theater projector with 86” screen , pool table, full size-bar and fridge. It uniquely offers a volcanic rock wall spanning the entire room, and the beautiful bathroom.
For the athletic enthusiasts, the home gym includes a Precor, USA – Elliptical Fitness Cross training machine. Thick work-out mat ideal for Pilates, yoga and exercising. Fitness DVDs. Two exercise balls 55’ & 65’ with wall chart, illustrated exercises for Legs & Glutes, Arms, Back and Shoulders, Chest, ABS – includes DVD. We stayed here Jan 6 - 16th, 2011. There were two familes together with 8 of us in total. The property was exactly as described in the listing. Despite being delayed and arriving a few hours late, Keoni and Laura were there to greet us and get us oriented to the house. We were provided with directions to the house from the airport and found it with no difficulties. You do need a car to get around from this location. The house was fantastic for us, with plenty of room to spread out and the kids had no problems deciding where to sleep. The pool was fantastic for them and they certainly made use of it everyday. The area where the house is located is very quiet with no problems whatsover. My wife went for a walk or jog most every morning around the neighborhood. There is a great hiking trail (Mauanawilli falls) not to far away which is a great way to spend an afternoon. Kailua is about 10 min away by car and has everything you need. The beach there is great and not too busy. Our only complaint would be that we sometimes seemed to run out of hot water. Don't know if it was just lack of sun (for solar) or there was an actual problem. Fairly minor in the grand scheme of things. We definately enjoyed our stay and would consider it again for our next trip.

This house was absolutely beautiful! We chose this house due to the size and the nice photos on VRBO, but once we arrived we were thrilled. The mountain backdrop was stunning and when those beautiful Hawaiian clouds brought a shower or two the photos with the mountains in the clouds were fantastic. We used this house a "home base" for a wedding that us and two other families came to the island for and with 10 of there it was still quiet. We even had several young boys with us and we all had space to really enjoy the peace of this house. The property managers were 100% helpful and added some great help for us with local attractions.
