This property is beautiful. What a great place for a family vacation, business retreat, family reunion, or weekend getaway. You will be within 5-10 minutes of about any New Braunfels area attraction.
Enjoy the lake. This property has covered boat lifts so bring your boat and/or jet ski. Fish off of the deck and enjoy the underwater green lights.
The property is gated for your security and privacy. There is plenty of covered parking and a manicured yard. At night, cook out and enjoy the large covered decks.
This property is close to Schlitterbahn, Guadalupe River Attractions, Live Music Venues, Etc. Come to New Braunfels to enjoy all of your favorite attractions. We bet that you won't want to leave the lake!

Peak Season Holiday .. $500/night (2 night min)
Peak Season is Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
Cleaning Fee: $120. First Night Rent due at booking. Remainder due 2 weeks Prior
Taxes 6%, Must be 21 years of age to rent. $250 Security Deposit.

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. The house is extremely clean and very comfortable. Wonderful view of the lake and the deck is really nice. Tubing is only about 8 miles away! We hope to return very soon.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a very comfortable stay at this property. The house had many conveniences, plenty of space, and the deck was fantastic. We appreciated the gated yard as we had a dog that could safely explore the property.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.
