Going to sleep in the evening listening to the beautiful sound of the ocean just 30 ft away. It seems a tropical breeze is always present to cool you off yet the temperature never goes above 84 or below 70 degrees. No traffic, the excitement of watching sailboats leave the Red Hook Harbor putting up there sails right at your front door, and taking off for a beautiful day of sailing.
