This beautiful one bedroom villa is located in phase III of Captain John Fripp Villas. It is oceanfront and located 70 feet from the beach. The villa is on the ground level which provides easy access to the beach. As soon as you walk through the front door, you will be amazed by the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. The living area, kitchen, and breakfast area also provide wonderful views of the beach and ocean. The patio is covered which allows you to enjoy the ocean breeze without worrying about the sun. There is a grass area off the patio perfect for outdoor play and games.
The villa was renovated in 2006. New ocean front windows, tile floors in all of the living areas, granite countertops and tile backsplash in the kitchen, white cabinets in the kitchen, freshly painted walls, new carpet in the bedroom, and a new bathroom vanity with marble countertop. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials of home. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a sectional sofa with a queen sleeper. This villa is perfect for an individual, a couple, a family with one to two children, or a weekend with friends!
In addition to being right on the beach, the villa is located in close proximity to island amenities. The Beach Club and Adult pool are next door. The Fripp Ship, Olympic Pool, Fitness Center, Island Supreme and Lil'Dipper are right around the corner. The Fripp Island Racquet Club is across the street. And the Ocean Point Golf course, Ocean Creek golf course, the Marina, the Cabana complex, and the Activities Center are all located a short bicycle or golfcart ride away!
Fripp Island is a beautiful private island located 19 miles from downtown Beaufort and a world away from crowds, traffic, and stress. Deer, gulls, and herons abound on the island and you may even spot an occasional alligator resting by a pond. Trade your car in for a bicycle or golf cart and enjoy a slower pace of life.
If you would like to add some recreation to your relaxation, amenity cards are provided for you. The amenity cards will provide you with access to Fripp Island resort amenities. These include: island golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, restaurants, fitness center, Camp Fripp, recreation activities, Island excursions (sunset boat trips, shelling, dolphin watch, and other cruises), and rentals of boats, bicycles, kayaks scooters, and golfcarts.
Our villa is cleaned before and after each guest. Towels and bed linens are provided. We request no smoking and no pets.

We chose to buy our villa at Fripp because of the pace of life on the island, the natural beauty and wildlife on the island, and the large number of activities available for children and families. We also love the South Carolina lowcountry and that wonderful cities like Beaufort, Charles, and Savannah are close by.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our property is right on the beach so it is very easy for us to run back and forth as needed. We have 3 young children so that is a wonderful benefit for us. We also being close to many resort amenities. We are able to walk to most of the things we want to do on Fripp.
