Spacious living room with 26" HDTV with basic cable and DVD player. You also have a private balcony with breath taking views of the lake and the mountain background.
You also have access to the pool and cabana. Boat storage and boat slip use are included. Public lake swimming locations only minutes away. There is a hiking trail just behind the condominiums.
This is a non smoking/no pets unit. This has a great view of the harbor and mountains.(2 units available)
Located only 10 minutes from historic Seneca and 15 minutes to Walhalla. Seneca has your choice of restaurants and stores for shopping as well as a movie theater.

Hi my name is Barry Cain, I am a Logistics Supervisor for C&S Grocery Wholesalers that supply merchandise and transportation services for Bi-Lo Inc. and other grocery chains. My wife Victoria and I have 4 children. My hobbies are coaching our children's sports teams, golf and running. I am also involved at our church, Greenville First Assembly with the Royal Rangers, a boys mentoring group much like the Boy Scouts but with a Christ based focus.
Why the Owner Chose Six Mile
Our family has always loved Lake Keowee and the beauty of the area. My brother and our friends have always enjoyed coming to the Lake to ski and fish. It is so pristine with all its views of the mountains and the waterfalls.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We enjoy just being able to relax by the pool or just hanging out and cooking on the deck. We also enjoy going to Mile Creek Park, just 6 miles away and going swimming or launching the boat at Warpath landing only 1 mile away. We also like the convenience of the boat dock at Knot's Landing just a couple of minutes from the condo. We especially love the view of the harbor and the mountains in the background. If we get the urge to go out to eat we are only minutes away from Clemson and Seneca. The Duke Power "World of Energy" offers fun and education for the entire family. The Walhalla State fish hatchery offers free fishing and hiking. Both of these opportunities are only minutes away.
