There's no better location to access the charm that St. Joe has to offer than from a home base in the historic Old Neighborhood. Beautiful Victorian era homes, mature trees, lovingly landscaped properties and a comfortable proximity to downtown make this area one of the best options for lodging.
My property is well-maintained, comfortably and cutely decorated with a cottage feel and notably better priced for the amenities included. What other property provides access to a lovely party/hangout venue of a 46' houseboat docked minutes away?
Access to an easy-to-use motorboat for touring the local waterways? None other than mine I'm proud to say!! (Of course, if you don't rent one of my land properties, you can still rent the houseboat or motorboat - just ask!)
Your kids, pets and even your in-laws are welcome (your choice of course)! If being right on the beach with all the traffic attached isn't what you're looking for - then staying at 1217 State St. will keep you close enough for ease of access but far enough away for peace and quiet at the end of a fun day.
