This Duplex is a peaceful place that you will want to come back to every year. It is shared with the Property Owners and is well maintained and renovated. This is the waterfront home that we always wanted and now we would like to share it with you. Looking for Seniors 50 and older. The View is Amazing in the back yard, where we enjoy watching the boats go by, and fishing quietly off our dock. The dolphins play out back on a regular basis, and the manatees come to get a drink of water from our dock on occasion (what a sight to see and enjoy). Warm Sun on your face or sitting under a palm tree it's your choice.

The rental side of the duplex is a Private One Bedroom Studio Apartment layout about 652 square feet, it is adorable inside. It has a full size Kitchen which is fully equipped including lovely tile counter tops. Nicely decorated Living room area has an electric fireplace, modern cozy couch with recliners, TV, and 4 chair Dining table. Bedroom has New modern colonial style bedroom furniture, with Serta pillow top queen mattress, all linens included. Tile floors throughout unit. Bathroom has walk in shower with seat, new Comfort height commode, and towels provided. Washer and Dryer on site. Everyone keeps telling us the pictures in our Ad really don't do the place justice, it is very nice.

Not only is this vacation rental on the bay with a Spectacular view from your own back yard, but we are just 5 walking minutes away from the white expansive sandy beach. Property located 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport.

  • We have membership to a private beach club, which our visitors are allowed to use at no extra charge, it includes free parking, outside shower, and picnic tables right on the beach. We are midway between Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Ride the local trolley that runs up and down the beaches between Clearwater to Pass A Grille. Nearby sites to enjoy are Suncoast Seabird sanctuary, local Restaurants (Delis to Fine Dining), Variety of many Stores including John's Pass Village, and 20 minutes away to St. Petersburg Pier, Baywalk, Salvador Dali Museum with more shopping, great music venues, Movies & Theatre in the Park. If Amusement Parks are your thing visit Tampa's Busch Gardens & Adventure Island which is 30 minutes away, and we are about an 1.5 hours from Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and SeaWorld.
