This small and private complex is one of the best beachfront condos, very well-maintained. The beach is only a few steps from your door. Situated on a wide expanse of beach only 2 miles north of the bridge. Close to restaurants and shopping, some within walking distance. The building features a Security gate and elevator, swimming pool and a large deck for sunbathing. There is a wooden boardwalk to walk over to beach. This condo features 3 separate balconies with great views, the south balcony featuring the beach view is 30 feet long with plenty of room for lounging, the south and west balconies are perfect for summer Friday night fireworks viewing, north balcony overlooks the pool in a tropical courtyard setting and large sun deck. This unit has been recently remodeled. Besides the most spectacular beach on the Texas coast, the area is wildly popular for birding and nature activities, plenty of golf courses are nearby and shopping is popular across the border in Mexico.
