Poipu Beach is known for the best weather on the island of Kauai. Waikomo Stream Villas is a small 60 unit paradise garden resort in the middle of Poipu and right down the street from Poipu Beach, rated Best Beach for 2003 by the Travel Channel. Waikomo Stream Villas are plantation style condominiums amid acres of tropical gardens with a beautiful koi pond and a stream that runs through the complex. Resort amenities include a tennis court, pool, children's pool and numerous bbq facilities throughout the complex. Waikomo Stream Villas is adjacent to the 18 hole Kiahuna Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones.
Villa 530 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath spacious top floor corner unit which sleeps six people, with queen beds in each bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. This plantation style condominium has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave to cook all your island favorites, washer/dryer, cable TV, DVD, CD player, and a private telephone. There are several ceiling fans and many louvered windows which allow the trade winds to flow through the unit and keep you cool, and there is a spacious lanai for you to enjoy the lush gardens, fresh island ginger flowers and banana trees.
