Why the Owner Chose Belfast
We both spent our childhood summers on the coast of Maine with grandparents. For us it is the perfect place to be. Ocean, sailing, mountains to climb, beaches to explore, and a special laid back lifestyle. No place is more beautiful. When we looked for a retirement house it had to be the coast of Maine. We both love to sail and Belfast harbor and nearby islands are the perfect place to sail. Belfast was a charming town, on the water, full of artists and crafts and wonderful people.

This is a beautiful property! It is very nicely furnished, clean, modern (yet charming) and comfortable. The views of the harbor from the living area and master bedroom are stunning. I could sit on the deck all day and watch the boats go by. The walk to town with all its great restaurants and shops is only about five minutes. This is a great find and I hope to stay here again soon!
