Breathtaking views greet you when you walk into the upper floor of this spacious, airy home. The entire floor affords open views of Northeast Harbor’s boats and stunning access to the ocean and islands beyond. The kitchen is well equipped to entertain, a dining table is bathed in gorgeous light, sliding glass doors take you out to the deck where there is ample seating and picnic table. The living room is divided for wood stove cozy chats and TV watching. Brand new wood floors reflect the light. The master bedroom has an extended bathroom with a tub-shower unit and a whirlpool tub, plus laundry facilities and ample closet space.
Downstairs, which has its own private entrance for wet and muddy kids has a lovely sitting room for playing games and a gas stove to keep things toasty. Attached is a bedroom with twin beds and closet. Two more bedrooms one with Queen Bed, one with twins share a Jack and Jill Bathroom and have massive built in closet space. All of these rooms have sliders onto the deck and ocean views. There is an additional BR with Twin beds and another full bath. There is an additional kitchenette and laundry facilities on bottom floor. Brand new stairs lead down to the water.
Walk or bike to charming Northeast Harbor for fantastic restaurants and lovely shops. Acadia national Park is right at your doorstep.

Year Purchased: 2000
Our Step dad grew up going to NE Harbor and all of his kids own houses there. He bought this house for our Mom and he enjoyed it every summer after she passed away. We adore the house and have created of great memories there- we just can't spend enough time there right now. The hiking is fantastic and you can pretty much do any activity imaginable. There is something for everyone, but my favorite was always playing board games when it rained.
