The pink house was the perfect place to spend some time relaxing from work and life in general. We loved the modeling details, the cleanliness and the beach front location. We will have to go back. Vey highly recommended.

I rented this home over Labor Day week for a family reunion & we all had a fabulous time. The home is well appointed & has been coordinated by an interior designer. The bathrooms are fabulous with heated flooring & are fully recently renovated. We had a couple of small issues which were promptly addressed by their maintenance person, Mark, who offered to come out to change a porch lightbulb on his wedding anniversary, which we declined. I would rent this home again in a second!

Perfect, Peaceful Retreat on Lake Michigan!

This home was absolutely beautiful! Immaculate! It was by far the nicest privately owned rental property we've stayed in over our years of travel. We actually live nearby, but wanted to rent a house on Lake Michigan for a weekend family reunion with out of state family members coming from Oregon and Minnesota. We had almost the worst possible weather for late August (60 degree high temps!) but we still had a fabulous time staying in this beautifully renovated home!!! We didn't expect to see top of the line renovations and furnishings in a rental property - and the luxurious linens were amazing! (I'm going to purchase the same Wamsutta Couture sheets for my house!) Five star accomodations all around! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

More Than Expected

When we first rented this property the pictures for the renovation weren't available. The owners did a wonderful job expanding and decorating this home to be the perfect vacation spot. Every detail was as you would find at a high end hotel but with so much space and beautiful views and wonderful sunsets. The property was spotless and the property manager was very helpful. The only suggestion for future improvements would be the yard before the steps to the beach could be cleaned out and landscaped for small yard games and an outdoor shower would be a great addition. We are hoping to return next year. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with our family

Paradise in Southwest Michigan

My family and I rented this beautiful home in celebration of my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary. I couldn't have selected a more spectacular rental. The description that the owner offered of this property was exactly on the mark. This home is spacious, impeccably clean and right on Lake Michigan. The views and the beach were incredible and the sunsets amazing. I have traveled to many resort towns throughout the US including Nantucket and Cape Cod, and this property and the town of Saugatuck are, to me, even better than those areas.. Lisa, at the rental office, couldn't have been more accomodating. She was also very helpful with restaurant selections and other activities for our group which had an age range of 2 to 80 years old. In other words, I sort of had a private concierge with our rental. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone of any age group. Everyone in our party was thrilled with the experience. My wife and I are going back to celebrate our wedding anniversary next year I'm going to book early because this place will not stay a secret long..

The house was quite nice and very comfortable, and had everything we needed, but there was dog hair everywhere. The beach is the dirtiest beach I have ever seen on Lake Michigan. There was so much trash on the beach I couldn't believe it. In addition to the trash, there were lots of sticks and brush and acorns that washed up along the beach. Not a huge deal, but not very comfortable for walking. We ended up buying a rake and raking the beach.
