Located in Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club, this first floor condominium offers beautiful lake and golf course views. This comfortable and relaxing condo offers beautiful sunsets from the screened-in Lanai.
The master bedroom has all new king-size bedroom furniture, a large private bath with walk-in closet and an entrance to the Lanai through sliding glass doors. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a separate guest bathroom. The condo comes with a fully-furnished kitchen including newer appliances, a breakfast dining area and a formal dining area in the great room. The family room includes a wet bar with additonal storage.
New carpet and ceramic tile in Lanai installed in the summer 08. This condo offers covered parking only steps away from the entrance and has extra storage located just outside. Cable/Satellite TV located in the family room, master and guest bedroom. A DVD player and CD player are also available. The wonderful pool and a spa are only a few steps from the condo. Near the main clubhouse you will find the fitness center and tennis courts.
Kelly Greens is well located, close to many amenities and activities including shopping centers, outlet malls, variety of restaurants, several public beaches and medical facilities. Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Fort Myers Beach are all less than 10 minutes away. The RSW International Airport, Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox spring training centers and Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, are located within 15 to 30 minutes away.
Kelly Greens is an upscale gated residential community offering many amenities whether you are interested in championship golf, tennis courts, fitness centers, heated pools, hot tubs or walking, biking or jogging amongst the beautiful landscaping and open spaces. The Golf and Country Club also offers a pro shop and restaurant. If you are interested in golfing on the beautiful golf course, a golf club membership is transferable to you at a minimal charge during your stay depending on the length of your stay.
