Next to the Pier, the site of the east coast surf championships & the best surfers on the coast, with shops, 4 restaurant/bars, bands, concerts and you can party until you drop if you want. Cruise lines minutes away and Orlando theme parks less than an hour.
Back at the condo with a comfort and decor that makes you feel like you're in tropical Florida. Lay in the master bedroom king-sized bed and hear & see the waves as they gently put you to sleep. Sit out on the living room balcony and soak in the ocean breezes. Bsck outside you can enjoy a rare ocean-side pool and take your private gate & path 50 feet to the beach to play in the surf... And if that is not enough you can go up to one of the few roof top observation decks in all of the Cape and enjoy unparalleled 360* panoramic views of the entire Cape, space shots, star gazing, beach activity or spectacular Banana River sunsets

Why the Owner Chose Cocoa Beach
My parents migrated here after their retirement. We visited them and vacationed here as often as we could. We fell in love with what many locals call the "undiscovered affordable Florida" Having been Real Estate Brokers most of our lives we often went to open houses at beach properties. We felt this condo with its location next to the Pier, had great potential. We thought that some day the Cocoa Beach area and proximity to Orlando would became a major vacation/tourist destination as it has!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The place is a paradise!... It's the best of 2 worlds; you can either lay back, relax on the beach or partake of the many activities in the area around you: The Pier with its shops,bars and restaurants, surfers, fishing and volley ball games, or the Port with cruise boats and deep sea fishing, the eco life of the Banana River, Canaveral National Sea Shore, Cocoa village with its unique shops and great restaurants or any of the many Orlando attractions that are less that an hour away!
