Sit out on the living room balcony and soak in the ocean breezes. Back outside you can enjoy a rare ocean-side pool and take your private gate & path 50 feet to the beach to play in the surf... Why the Owner Chose Chateau by the Sea
My parents migrated here after their retirement. We visited them and vacationed here as often as we could. We fell in love with what many locals call the "undiscovered affordable Florida" Having been Real Estate Brokers most of our lives we often went to open houses at beach properties. We felt this condo with its location next to the Pier, had great potential. We thought that some day the Cocoa Beach area and proximity to Orlando would became a major vacation/tourist destination as it has!

It's the best of 2 worlds; you can either lay back, relax on the beach or partake of the many activities in the area around you: The Pier with its shops,bars and restaurants, surfers, fishing & volley ball games, or the Port with cruise boats and deep sea fishing, the eco life of the Banana River, Canaveral National Sea Shore, Cocoa village with its unique shops & great restaurants, or any of the many Orlando attractions that are less that an hour away!

We spend winter months in Cocoa Beach and summer months in Illinois often flying back & forth for business & to see family we have in both places.
