Enjoy amazing views of the Bahia de Salinas and the volcanoes in the Guanacaste Peninsula of Costa Rica from this 3400 sq ft home perched out on a point. The home has been designed with panoramic views throughout that overlook volcanoes with coastlines in both directions. Have a swim in the infinity pool overlooking the northern coastline. Situated in Costa Paraiso, 45 minutes from San Juan del Sur, very near the Costa Rica Border. Home has been meticulously designed incorporating modern architecture, natural materials, and all the luxuries of home.
This ocean view villa is 2 levels with 3 master suites.All rooms have ceiling fans and bedrooms have air conditioning. Egyptian cotton sheets and down comforters on all beds. Bathrooms equipped with hair dryers. Downstairs is an open kitchen, dining, and sitting area that looks out to more poolside seating. Upstairs is a game room with beautiful cane ceiling and the other 2 master suites. Each floor has outdoor lanais with chase lounges.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to expected date of arrival. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, you will be charged for two night's accommodations.
Deposit: 50% of total due to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment Method: We accept Visa/ Master Card/Amex and payment via our electronic check system.
Car rental: If you are renting a car, you will need a 4x4 vehicle as part of the road out of San Juan del Sur to our property is a bumpy dirt road. We recommend renting a Toyota Prado or Hilux from either Hertz or Avis in Managua. We can arrange airport transportation and/or a driver in advance if needed.
