Condo very well stocked -- including beach supplies. Owners very accommodating. Very clean. Easy to get to + short driving distance to beach and shops. Great beds. Upscale BBQ. Quiet patio. Would certainly recommend. Great location for early morning walks. Could use a second air conditioner.

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway.

This condo is really a gem with beautiful upgrades at a very well maintained resort-just like the pictures showed. The condo was sparkling clean with all the beach and cooking amenities we could have dreamed of. We woke to bird songs and jogged on the beach every morning. The snorkeling at the nearby beaches was very impressive and it was so easy to find ourselves swimming among turtles and other tropical fish. We were in great need of a getaway for just the 2 of us this Thanksgiving and it was perfect. Thank you Marta & Stuart for sharing your Maui vacation home with us! Renee & Matt

My family had a great visit to Maui. The condo was perfect. It was so nice to be on the ground level for our 1 and 4 year old. There was so much room for them to run around on the lanai and yard. We took advantage of the brand new grill and had some wonderful dinners outdoors. The kids really enjoyed the pool as well. The new carpet and tile were VERY nice. We had a friend staying in another condo in the Palms that had not yet been updated...what a difference! Good proximity to the beaches, Wailea shopping, jogging friendly roads, grocery store, etc. We stayed in Kapalua the previous week and Wailea is definitely the sunny side of the island :)

This condo was excellent! It was very clean, comfortable and the furnishings were very nice! We were very impressed with the grounds and the whole area and how well everything was kept! This place was beautiful and I would highly recommend this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Maui and loved the location and the beaches that were near by. Marta & Stuart: Just wanted to let you know that Robert & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It is so nice and clean and your beds are so comfortable! The grounds are well manicured and it is great to have the pool and hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. The lanai is very private and we enjoyed eating outside and listening to the birds. It is really nice to have the barbeque available to cook a meal once in awhile. The condo is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping and we will certainly recommend it to our family and friends. We will definately stay at your condo if we go to Maui again. Thanks very much for your hospitality.

Your condo was set up with everything we needed - your beach gear was great and we loved using the chairs. Almost all the cooking and dining happened in our unit but we marvelled at the comfort of your beds, the sofas and all the conveniences of home. We also found it amazing how cool your condo stayed. The wifi worked brilliantly which was a blessing as Mel ended up having to handle some work while on vacation. We had a wonderful vacation and we will certainly look into renting your condo again if we require more than 1 bedroom on our future trips to Hawaii. Thank you. Lori

Home Sweet Home...but Away!

What a fabulous condo. We really enjoyed the surroundings in this vacation get away. The condo is located near shopping and groceries. Its a 12 minute walk to the beach (if you have a 2 year old..maybe a little less time without...which is great!) The Palms complex is safe for evening stolls along the well lit, beautifully landscaped gardens, which feature nice walkways and a rolling stream (fish and all) Great for the curious children. The furnishing within the condo are very comfortable and you dont hesitate to sit back and put your feet up. The lanai is very quiet, and is truly private, we never saw anyone around, and heard virtually nothing. Evenings in the pool and hot tub, were a wonderful way to see the sunset. The owners were easy to deal with, and professional. The way it ought to be. Its very easy to relax and rest in this home away from home.I would recommend staying here again....and again....and again!

Marta and Stuart, We had a great time in Maui. We loved the condo and the proximity to many lovely beaches. It was nice to have the towels, cooler, and chairs available for use. We spent each day at Big Beach and each evening lounging around the condo, very relaxing. This was our third trip to Maui and by far the most comfortable and relaxing. This place felt like our very own home in Paradise! We were booked to stay only one week but extended our stay for another week! We spoke directly to the owners and they were so accommodating. We have stayed at other condos in Maui and this one has far exceeded those. The pictures are spot on but you really have to see it to believe it! The condo was fully equipped with beach goodies and kitchen gear. We cooked delicious BBQ's on the Lanai and treated ourselves to amazing dinners at the nearby restaurants. The grounds were so well kept with lush greens and beautiful flowers everywhere and so quiet. Excellent location, minutes to all the best beaches! We are definitely going to book this place again for our next stay and would highly recommend it to anyone else!

My husband and I went for a relaxing getaway and got that plus so much more! This location was incredible! The wide variety of beaches within walking distance or just a short drive away made each day a new adventure. The pool on the property was beautiful and the view made it seem as though you were at the ocean! The grounds were lush and green and we spent many an afternoon just sitting and enjoying the cooling breeze and the amazing surroundings. There was always something new to do in the area, without having to venture too far. We enjoyed the shops in Wailea and when we wanted something a bit more low key we ventured to the nearby Kihei and wandered the open air market. The property owners were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. When we head back to Maui we will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking at a stay in Maui!!!
