Welcome to The Village at Bear Trap Dunes Resort community. RENT THE SINGLE FAMILY HOME CLOSEST TO THE MAIN PAVILION IN ALL OF BEAR TRAP DUNES. Short walk to the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis courts, golf course, basketball court, clubhouse, restaurants, and beach shuttle.
An easy walk to what ever activity you want to do in the Village. Our home offers first and second floor front porches that overlook the tennis courts, screened-in patio and open sunning deck in the back, and a private backyard with Traditional Charcoal and Gas Grills for your enjoyment including fully-equipped lounge chairs, tables, etc. You will enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, TV's, VCRs, DVD player and stereos throughout the house and many enjoyable novels for your reading pleasure.
Located just two miles west of Bethany Beach, ten miles south of Rehoboth, and seven miles north of Ocean City, Maryland. There is plenty of shopping, activities, and restaurants to enjoy in the area
The main floor of the house offers two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed with the master bath offering a jacuzzi bath tub, separate shower and vanity area with dual sinks. The second downstairs bedroom has two twin beds with a bathroom that has a bathtub/shower combination. There is a half bath in the downstairs hallway.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for four and the dining area seats six with an exit via sliding glass door to a screened-in patio and deck areas. The family room with propane fireplace offers comfortable seating with a 37" Flat Screen HD/TV, DVD player and wireless internet for family entertainment. Laundry room with full size washer/dryer and laundry tub connect directly to two car garage. The second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, second bedroom has two singles - one single is a trundle bed, and the third bedroom has one single bed. Upstairs full bath has a tub/shower combination and vanity area with two sinks.
The Garage is equipped with several Cruiser Bikes to ride throughout the community, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards/skim boards and a cooler on wheels for a great day at the beach.

There were 7 of us who made the trip to Bethany Beach and at the end of the stay ALL agreed it was the "most-perfectest" vacation ever!! The accommodations were very clean and we found the property as advertised being spacious and truly allowed a relaxing and fun time with our friends. We spent most of the daylight hours at the Beach and as such did not really use the facilities that Bear Trap Dunes had to offer. We would definitely return and rent again and highly recommend this to any fairly large family or group who wish to getaway (even if the Beach is not "your thing", there is plenty available in Bear Trap Dunes). Another big plus was the location and the close proximity to Ocean City, Md. and Rehoboth Beach, De.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This property was clean and neat and nicely located with the community facility, swimming ,tennis and dinning near by. The owner was very helpful in answering questions about the area and amenities available. The photos were accurate as to bedrooms and floor plan.I would recommend this property to frIends and relativesRecommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.
