This beach townhouse has it all. The home is very large and provides for much needed space throughout the house. The bedrooms were all very large and the beds were very comfortable. Additionally, the house comes with very clean and large bathrooms that made having a large family together very easy. The kitchen, dining and living room area was wonderfully open and provided for everyone to socialize together. The kitchen is very high end quality with an unbelievable amount of kitchen accessories, serving dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. The home has many decks and the 1 large deck has a wonderful gas grill and great deck furniture. We spend a lot of time on the deck grilling and socializing. The house also provides a beach cart, an array of sand toys and beach chairs. The home is on the ocean block and is only a few minutes walk to the beach. It was super easy and very accessible. We had our 20 month old daughter with us and it couldn't have been easier. It is a 5 min drive into the downtown bethany portion and only a 10 minute drive to dewey/rehobeth. The Tower Shores Community also has a small park for children that our daughter loved. I was able to buy a weekly gym membership that was only a few minutes drive away. The location was ideal. It is absolutely ideal for large families, multiple families or large groups of people. The location in North Bethany is on a private beach and the beach was clean and fun and the other families around were great. The owner is one of the best people to work with: he was prompt, responsive, truthful and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be renting this place again and highly reccommend this home to everyone.

My family and I had a fabulous time staying here while vacationing at Bethany. Between two families we had four children and the house was well equipped for children. The place was clean and comfortable. Matt was easy to work with and very helpful. We definitely recommend them.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

A beutiful home by the beach. The shared back yard was a pleasant surprise, too. The house was very clean and well stocked with a beach cart, chairs, umbrella and some toys. We had a group of 11 including kids and fit just fine with kids sleeping on the floor in our room. Parking for at least 4 or 5 cars- that was nice. The outdoor shower was a "must have" for a beach vacation. This was our first time to Bethany Beach and we did not know about the horrible traffice at the Bay Bridge and beyond. We were delayed at least an hour with all the heavy traffic on a Saturday at 2:00 pm. Live and learn. Next time we'll time things differently. The owner, Matthew, could not be any more accomodating. He was easy to communicate with by email, responded quickly to my questions, and provided some tips for local attractions/restaurants. We brought our bikes and our young kids enjoyed riding around the neighborhood and nearby areas. The Seaside Grill, 2 blocks over, was nice for a change of pace breakfast. Mid-week, we travelled about an hour away to Assateague Island for the day. It was beautiful and the kids really enjoyed seeing the wild ponies and the beautiful walking trails with lots of educational information along the way. It was a little more crowded than I anticipated, but I would do it again. On our way home we went out to eat at Fishtales in Ocean City MD (upon the owners recommendation). It was fun for the kids and great to sit out by the docks with a drink. We had about an hour wait for a table for a large group, but everyone was entertained and happy during the wait. Great vacation. We'll go again... This time crossing the Bay Bridge early in the morning on Saturday (we heard Friday night is horrible traffic, too).
