Four bedrooms: two with king-size beds, one with queen-size bed, and one with two twin beds. Tile floors throughout. Nine ceiling fans. Living room, dining room, and kitchen completely open up to enclosed patio and pool when patio doors open up and disappear behind walls.
House has attached, two-car garage with automatic, door opener. Privacy fence with outdoor, hot-water shower to rinse off sand after a day at the beach.

A Perfect Winter Retreat

My husband and I truly enjoyed our two month stay at this wonderful home. The description of this property is accurate but there is so much more to this home that makes it a definite rental for us next year. We loved the spaciousness, its appearance, the pool, and all the amenities that were offered. The location of this home was perfect--close to the village and close to the beach at access five, 8-10 minute walk. Bob, the caretaker, was a great resource for us because he knows the area so well. He was also dedicated to making sure that the home was operating well so that we would be able to enjoy our stay, no worries. This was a perfect winter retreat for us.

the home was easy to find and was very clean and spacious, it is just as described in the postings. the home is in a very good position for the beach, being a short 5 minute walk away and the village even closer with all the shops and bars etc, yet far enough away not to hear the hustle and bustle of the friday and saturday nights at the SKOB and daquari deck. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of sheets and towels to use if required, the pool was warm and although salt water it was almost like a fresh water pool, the canal at the rear was well used for fishing with various fish being caught. The pool guy, Bob, was very friendly and a couple of his recomendations were taken for places to eat and were good advice. The daquari deck and SKOB along with another two of the associated bars were very busy at the weekend and service was not good, however The Hub (Baha grill) was good service and good food, the chilli nachos for one person was big enough for four of us and and still some were left over. I would go back to the villa but eat more at down town Sarasota

This was the perfect facility for a family vacation!! The floor plan allows privacy, yet space for family time together. The pool is surrounded by the living area and provides for constant supervision and greater safety for younger children. Everything you need is provided for-- from beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, table games..... The garage allowed for easy unloading and storage of things not in use. I must also say the pictures do not do it justice---it was even better!!! This truly exceeded our expectations!!!
