Our two bedroom, two bathroom cottage style single family attached home is a retreat in the Palm Springs area. It is perfect for golfers, tennis players, snow birds, older and younger adults looking for a nice place to get away from it all. We welcome families but this place is not baby proof and children are not allowed in the pool areas unsupervised. Our house is unfussy and uncluttered, without excess knicknacks or decorations although we are building an extensive library in the second bedroom for your reading enjoyment. We also add new games, dvd's and puzzles with every visitor.
Your well behaved pets are also invited since we know they are part of your family.
There is brand new tile in the living room, second bedroom and both bathrooms, new paint and various fixture upgrades. Ceiling fans in all rooms to keep things breezy but also central air conditioning for those warm summer months. Since this is new purchase all of the bedding and linens are brand new. There are two brand new flat screen televisions with cable television, there is also wireless internet or dsl connection for your computers.
There is an enclosed patio off the kitchen and open patios off the living room and both bedrooms. There is also a commercial grade bbq off the kitchen patio hooked up to the gas line and an outdoor fireplace.

Year Purchased: 2008
My husband and I bought this cottage in 2008 as a retreat from Los Angeles so we could bring our dog. We have not been able to use it as frequently as we would like. We have done extensive remodeling on it since we purchased it and will continue to do so in the future. You are welcome to bring your well behaved pet.
