Owners Eyal and Tal Shuster live in the building with their three children. Eyal, a developer, did the complete design and renovation, striking a delicate balance between modern design and historic accuracy.
Why the Owner Chose Jersey City
Eyal was working in the area, and he passed by the house a few times, and once we saw the inside....we loved it. The inside is sleek modern with the industrial remnants still visible in the ceiling.
