Historic Apalachacola Bay is less than 30 minutes east with shops, restaurants, art galleries, antique stores and oyster bars. Port St. Joe is 10 minutes east with a marina, restaurant, shopping and access to Gulf recreation activities. Gulf County beaches allow pets & camp fires. We are located only 20 minutes east of Panama City, 10 minutes east of Tyndall Air Force Base.

We wanted a place to make memories with my grandchildren. This home is perfect for family gatherings, and a safe wonderful place for children.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We are on a quiet street that is wonderful for bike rides, walks, golf carts, children and dogs. BUT we are only 300+ steps to the beautiful white sand beaches of "The Forgotten Coast"! We love fresh seafood, and delight in all the privately owned (no chains!!) area restaurants that offer their special preparations/recipes. Then the 20 minute trip to Apalachacola cannot be missed. Their specialty shope, gift shops, antique shops, historic buildings, the commercial boat dock, yacht dock and more wonderful seafood!
