Ground level has 4th bedroom that is set up for kids with TV and 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4), plus the washer & dryer. 2nd floor has 2 BR/2 BA & den. 3rd floor has 1BR/1BA, living room, kitchen and dining.
Historic Apalachacola Bay is less than 30 minutes east with shops, restaurants, art galleries, antique stores and oyster bars. Port St. Joe is 10 minutes east with a marina, restaurant, shopping and access to Gulf recreation activities. Gulf County beaches allow pets & camp fires. We are located only 20 minutes east of Panama City, 10 minutes east of Tyndall Air Force Base.

My husband and I spent the entire week here in this wonderful home, we had our 3 children come down for thanksgiving so i think there was at least 8 of us and the place was immaculate and very accomodating for our needs. The back yard is enormous and the walk to the beach is short. THe home is located on very quiet street. The owners were able to answer all our questions prior to arrival and made this the place we hope to come back to each year. All the beds slept wonderful and didn't hear any complaints from anyone. We are familiar with the area from years of visits so didn't have any problems getting around.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We wanted a place to make memories with my grandchildren. This home is perfect for family gatherings, and a safe wonderful place for children.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We are on a quiet street that is wonderful for bike rides, walks, golf carts and children. BUT we are only 300+ steps to the beautiful white sand beaches of "The Forgotten Coast"! We love fresh seafood, and delight in all the privately owned (no chains!!) area restaurants that offer their special preparations/recipes. Then the 20 minute trip to Apalachacola cannot be missed. Their specialty shope, gift shops, antique shops, historic buildings, the commercial boat dock, yacht dock and more wonderful seafood!
