Situated directly on the Peace River at its widest part, our home offers a panoramic view of the river from most rooms and from the second story open deck. Easy access from I-75 to go North or South and only 40 minutes from the Ft. Myers airport. You can shop in either Punta Gorda or Port Charlotte as well as finding fine dining or live entertainment. There are plenty of beautiful golf courses, excellent fishing and sandy beaches.
The home has a dock for fishing or boat parking. The pool is heated, screened and has a covered lanai. There is a fabulous new kitchen has granite tops and stainless steel appliances featuring a gas cook top, electric oven, steam oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, microwave, warming drawer. There are three spacious bedrooms and three full baths. The master bedroom suite on the second floor overlooks the river and pool and has its own huge bath with separate his and her vanities and television. The master closet is big enough for two large pieces of furniture plus plenty of racks and shelving for his and her clothing. The home features tile baths, pool bath, Bose Surround Sound full entertainment center with Sony Plasma television and D.V.D. system, D.V.D. library included and a high speed wireless internet connection and can sleep 8 with the pull out queen size sleeper. There is a Maytag Neptune washer and dryer in utility room.
Disney, SeaWorld and Universal are only 2 1/2 hours away. 10 Minutes to miniature golf, 10 minutes to regular golf, 1 minute to great fishing. Fisherman's Wharf, a complex of shopping and restaurants on the water overlooks the Charlotte Harbor is just a short drive. From your backyard you can occasionally see Manatees, Dolphins and even a giant ray as well as fish jumping with joy. You can also take a day cruise to Key West from Fort Myers or Captiva or Sanabel Island. Boca Grande Beach or Manasota Key beaches are just a short drive away where shelling and sharks teeth abound for the taking.
