Brand new home located in the Cisco beach area of the island. Short walk to the beach. On the first floor enter into an elegant living room (with large screen TV) and access to a mahogany porch and spacious blue stone patio. There is a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and high end appliances. This leads to a dining room with a large table which seats 12. Also on this floor is a laundry room and step down to a twin bedroom.
2nd floor: Master bedroom (King) with walk in closet and private bath with soaking tub and separate shower. The entire Master bath is white marble. There are nice water views from Master bedroom windows. There is also a Queen bedroom with private bath (tub/shower) and a third bedroom (twins) with private bath (shower). Both guest bathrooms are marble.
Side stairwell to separate wing with second story bedroom (Queen) and private bath (with tub/shower) finished in marble. There is also a deck off the bedroom with beautiful ocean views.
The lower level (basement) has a media room with plasma TV, bath w/shower, two bunk beds and laundry room with contemporary front-load washer and dryer.
